Our original AMI home is much easier to navigate than new-build 3-story homes on Anna Maria Island because our first floor is on the ground level and the second floor is one easy set of stairs. Other rebuilt homes on the island usually require climbing multiple flights of stairs up or taking small elevators.

This is one of the best hidden secrets of Brandon Beach. It’s so close to the beach. It feels like it’s in your front yard and Bridge Street is also walking distance where it feels like it’s your back door. The best part is you’re in the pool and watching Boats dolphins and mullet jump right in front of you. The evenings are great because you can sit in shade on the deck when it’s hot out and be totally comfortable. A recommended.

Truly enjoyed our stay. When we weren’t relaxing in the pool, we were watching manatees and dolphins from the back deck, swimming just feet from the dock. Less than a block away from one of the best beaches I’ve seen. Two short blocks from everything Bridge street has to offer. Hard to imagine a better location on the island.

We had a great time. The host was so responsive and helpful. He let us get in a little earlier, which was super helpful. The location cannot be beat. You are walking distance from the beach, all the shopping and restaurants as well as being right on the Gulf side. The dock was so wonderful and fishing was a game changer for our crew. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

An absolutely fantastic vacation from start to finish! Everything exceeded our expectations—the location was beautiful, accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was seamless and relaxing. We loved the little details that made the trip special, and it was the perfect balance of fun and downtime. Would highly recommend and would happily return!
