This condo has the best location on the Island. Everything is within walking distance- beach, sunset, Bridge Street, fishing, restaurants and night life. Two covered parking spots are provided. Get your steps in by taking the stairs or use the elevator and you will have a Birds Eye view of everything going on at the beach and across Gulf Drive to Bridge Street. Spacious accommodation with everything needed to prepare meals and relax while enjoying the Island.

The host was extremely responsive and very helpful. The property was beautiful. The ease of the check-in/property entry was great with our own chosen entry pin. This is such a great location, close to everything you’d need, food, entertainment, the beach.

My family and I have been staying in this complex for 9 years now. We come every January, usually in unit 2. We opted for unit 5 this time because the bunk beds are SUPER convenient for the kids. Everything was clean and it was very accommodating with beach toys and chairs. HOWEVER, we were told we were not allowed to open any windows or sliding doors due to humidity. The slider in the master actually has the lock broken off so you literally cannot open the door. We were informed after we arrived that if we leave the door or windows open it would actually alert the owners phone. For the price we paid for a weeks stay I was baffled that we were told we weren't allowed to listen to the waves at night or feel the breeze of the ocean at all. Instead there's sound machines in the bedrooms that are supposed to take the place of the actual ocean sounds, I guess? It was laughable that we were turning on a sound machine to the ocean waves setting instead of being able to crack a window and listen to the real thing. Why else would we want a beach front condo? We won't be renting the unit again. Run a dehumidifier and have the the cleaning company regularly treat for any mold problems. I understand the humidity of the area but telling your guests that they are not allowed to open the sliding doors or any windows when it's a beach front property is just ridiculous. It's too bad because otherwise it was perfect for the amount of people we had staying. We will be choosing different condos from here on out in the same complex instead.
