About this house rental
NO CAR NEEDED! TWO MASTER SUITES! Modern home within walking distance to Beach, Bay, Historic Bridge Street, pier, restaurants, shops, ice cream, mini golf, fishing, water sports, this location has it all! You will absolutely love the convenience here! Enjoy our beautiful beaches, watch sunsets and sunrises from your balconies or enjoying the heated pool. We are the second house from the beach 50 yards and your toes will be in the sand. Clean quiet street but close enough to walk anywhere.
The space
The house is a 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath with 2 master bedroom suites each having a private full bathroom, double sinks, granite counters, tiled walk in shower with glass doors, and walk in closet. Third bedroom has 2 single beds and shared bathroom with the fourth bedroom that has bunk beds. Jack & Jill bathroom also has double sinks, granite counters, tub/shower combination, beautiful tile with that beachy feel.
Our unit is spacious, clean, bright with an open concept. The kitchen has granite counters, beautiful cabinetry, and supplies for all your cooking needs. Full size refrigerator, flat top stove, microwave, K cup coffee maker. The living room has plenty of seating, flat screen TV and a queen pullout sofa bed. The walk-out balcony off living room has beach and bay views. Elevator to all floors, 2 car garage, private washer and dryer in the unit. The PRIVATE pool is heated with full covered patio, table, chairs, gas grill, flat screen TV. Ping Pong Table
We supply all linens, bath towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 10 beach chairs, 10 beach towels. Pack and Play booster seat
We also own the adjoining house that has the same floor plan and is also available to rent. Double your space for the family get together's .

Location was incredible! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Nicest place we’ve been to in a while. Very clean, amenities were thoughtful - high chairs, kiddie gates, pack play, beach chairs and towels - all we had to do was get our meals! Loved every minute of our stay. The best was sitting on the deck watching the sunset and being able to hear the live music from the bars drifting down the street to entertain us - so fun!!

7 towels for 7 people just isn’t enough and a washer and dryer on the blink. Dishwasher is on its last leg. Would have been nice to have had shampoo etc. location was perfect Overall home needs maintenance

So where do we start..... Walked in and the smoke alarms were blaring...after about 2-3 hours they came and fixed them. We couldn't since there were no ladders. The house is overall nice. the rooms are decent. However, don't plan on watching TV when you go to your bedroom since none of them would turn on. Well one did, but then stopped immediately. So you better ALL like the same show since the living room TV was the only one we could get to work. Oh, and the bedroom TVs were really small. Like Michael Scott small from "The Office." Then there were the towels.... looked like they haven't bought new ones in the last five years. As for the rugs in the bathroom...they need to be thrown in the garbage. Same with the rug in the living room. It is time for that one to go. As for the layout of the house, that was good. And if you have kids, this is a good place, but not so for a bunch of adults, since two of the rooms are more for kids. Great proximity to the beach...right across the street and walking distance to a little town area for food, drinks and some shopping.
The pool is ok, but too many chemicals in it, destroyed one of our kids bathing suits. When someone checks in there should be towels in EVERY bathroom..we should not go searching for them. Oh, and how about tissues????? At the rates that they charge per night it is time for the owners to not be so frudal. Spend a few dollars here and make this place worth the money.
