We have 3 different vacation properties, ALL on 7th STREET S, BRADENTON BEACH, which is a 1 block long, dead-end street, that extends from the beach to the bay.

If you're planning a family reunion, and need multiple cottages, we can help. Please send your family information, including the number of family groups, adults, kids, grandparents, and what you need for beds.
Up to 12 max can stay at our Waterfront Cottages if renting ALL 4 units. There are limits to the number of adults & unrelated adults.

GREEN Cottage A...queen bed, single bed with single bunk above, kitchen & bath (couple and 2 kids)

Our family has lovingly restored this HISTORIC 1939 BILL's FISH CAMP located on beautiful Sarasota Bay. You'll be surrounded by water living on the narrowest point of Anna Maria Island. Gorgeous sugar sand beach is just a 1 minute stroll away. Very safe for swimming
Located at 115 7th Street South, the cottages have a very private yard which extends out into the bay, giving expansive unobstructed views of the historic clock tower and pier, the sailboat harbor, draw bridge, and the skyline of Sarasota.
Our large private dock can easily accommodate your boat, and is great for fishing, swimming, or just watching the dolphins swim by.
Free on-site Laundry. Flat-screen TVs, Free high speed Wi-Fi. Beach gear, outdoor tables for dining. Huge Private Dock!

We had a great time staying at this property! It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved having dock access for fishing and an easy walk to the beach and downtown!

My family rented all four cottages of Bill's Fish Camp and had an amazing reunion. When we all got together, the lower unit of the 2-story cottage had plenty of space both inside and on the outside porch. When we wanted to get away, having individual units worked perfectly. The cottages have a modernized rustic mix and included everything we needed. The sunrises each morning over the bay are stunning, and the sunsets a block away on the beach are just as good. I also brought my boat and caught plenty of fish in the bay and off the cottage dock. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the green cottage, but they were all absolutely adorable. The Backyard area was very nicely landscaped and super cute. Each cottage has their own semi-private space and there is a shared dock. The dock has a shower and a hose, as well as a cutting board station for fishing. There are chairs for the renters to use, and some other equipment and things located in the storage box outside. The unit is listed as having two bedrooms, but there are not any doors so do not expect any privacy in the bedrooms. There is only one dresser, located in the bunk room. We didn't mind much though, and basically lived out of our suitcases. The kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped with cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishes, etc. but we did not have any dish towels or rags so you may want to bring some of your own.
The cottages are all WATERFRONT on the Sarasota Bay side of the island, and we enjoyed our coffee and watched the sunrise each morning. The beach is one block away, and is absolutely beautiful. Breathtaking sunsets almost every night.
Overall would LOVE to stay here again!

These cottages are one-of-a-kind! We had a great stay with four families, including kids ages 0–7. The shared lawn, dock, and picnic table were perfect for full group activities and the cottages allowed for quiet time and naps as well as group fun! The beach access is moments away and the weather and water were lovely. Even the occasional rainstorm was welcome, as watching them roll over the intercoastal was beautiful! These cottages were just what we were looking for—old Florida charm with some modern amenities and an incredible location. Communicating with the owners was easy and pleasant. We've already booked our next stay! Five stars all around!
