Rental agreement required prior to check-in.
Please note a starter set of toiletries and supplies are left for your arrival. The complimentary starter set includes:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, small hand soap, one paper towel roll, two garbage bags, small dish soap and two pods for the dishwasher. With a Publix grocery store located nearby for anything else desired.
Pools are heated October - April at no additional costs. Full disclosure if temperate drop below 60 heaters do not work at full capacity fighting the ambient temp. Below 60 the heaters do not come on until temperatures rise
Please Remember: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level. Noise ordinance is in effect 10pm to 7am. Excessive and unreasonable noise can result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.
Quiet hours between 10pm - 6am

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great location and well-stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
