The beautiful Blue Water Escape! Experience its panoramic rooftop deck views with a location in the heart of Bradenton Beach around the corner from Bridge Street! This three-story duplex begins with a walk up to the first floor above a garage stocked with beach equipment for your use during your stay. The first level features an open living area complete with a full kitchen and dining area, a balcony with a gulf view, a dual twin bedroom and a full bathroom. The second floor features a large master bedroom with a deluxe bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and spa tub with fabulous views of the gulf. The second floor also includes a Queen bedroom, third bathroom, a loft area and office space. There is a second gulf view deck off of each bedroom. Exit a door from the second floor to the outside stairs climbing to the rooftop balcony with plenty of seating for the entire family. Enjoy celebrating the sunrises over the Bay each morning and sunsets over the Gulf every evening during your stay at Blue Water Escape.
Blue Water Escape is a lovely property with lots of natural light from the many windows throughout the property, many with views of the Gulf and Bay! From the balconies on each floor, you can smell the salt air and observe the waves rolling as this unit is just one house away from the beach.
BED & BATH DETAILS:
Master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and spa tub. There are also French doors which lead out on to a large balcony with views of the Gulf. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and separate bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two Twin beds and hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have access to balconies with views of the Gulf. The third bedroom is on the 1st floor and the master and second bedroom are on the 2nd floor of the multi-level property.
You will never want to leave the Island once you have stayed at Blue Water Escape!

The condo is wonderful. It’s spacious, open, clean and chicly decorated. We really enjoyed spending time there. The location is fabulous, directly across from the Gulf. And directly across the street from a very good restaurant, the beach house. It’s a bit of a trek to St Armand’s Circle, 35 minutes, so it’s not a good location for shopping. But for beaching and relaxing it’s wonderful.

The location was fantastic, the host communicated well and the space was great! Also liked having beach towels and chairs and fans in the room so we didn’t have to travel with them. Washer and dryer were also convenient. The king bed was comfortable, as were the twins, but the queen was lacking support. Parking was also extremely difficult with a minivan. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

This was our 2nd stay at this property on Bradenton Beach. We love the location that is a couple of blocks from all the food and entertainment you need. The house itself is clean and spacious with multiple balconies and a roof top view to enjoy the Gulf views. We will be back!
