Hurricane Update:
The entire complex is built on pillars more than 20 feet off the ground. The condo sustained no damage, we have been accepting guests for several weeks, the pool has been completely drained, acid washed, refilled and we have installed a new pump, a new filter and all new equipment. The pool has never looked better, the beaches are open, the restaurants are open and the weather is fantastic.
The Anna Maria Island Beach Sands 101 overlooks the Gulf of Mexico is located with-in walking distance of Anna Maria Island's best waterfront restaurants, beach shops, gift shops, shell shops, boutiques and the quaint shopping village on historic Bridge St. that leads right out onto the pier, famous for strolling, fishing and eating and the restaurant at the end of the pier.
Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico experience beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico by day and spectacular sunsets by night. After a long hard day at the beach treat yourself to cocktails on the west balcony overlooking the beach.

The Beach Sands #101 is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps 6 with a King size bed in the primary, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa, directly over looking the Gulf of Mexico, 20 feet from the beach on the east side of Gulf Drive with a view of the Gulf from every room. You can also watch the sunset, para-sailors go by and the dolphins play from all these rooms as well. Additionally The Beach Sands #101 offers you high speed wireless internet, HD TELEVISION with over 380 CHANNELS and heated pool.
Amenities include REMOTE KEYLESS LOCKS, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, garbage disposal, pots and pans, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee cups, glasses, blender, coffee maker, and toaster, washing machine and dryer, HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET, answering machine, ceiling fans in every room, cable television, patio furniture, beach chairs, outdoor shower, private sheltered parking to keep your car out of the intense Florida sun.

What you are surely to like about the Beach Sands 101 is the location. Located at the narrowest part of Anna Maria Island where the island is only 150 yards wide. Our complex stretches from Florida's Intra-Coastal Waterway to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. We are literally surrounded by water with the pool located in the middle of the complex.
Addtionally the free trolley stops right in front of the condo and will take you any where on the island you desire.

The condo location was great in proximity to the beach (just across the road), restaurants and shopping. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. We had amazing sunset views from the condo.

walking distance to bridge street and many other restaurants, shops, pizza, ice cream. Just a direct flat walk to beach across the street. We would stay again! Great views too!
