Bridge Street is a vibrant and iconic area on Anna Maria Island, known for its lively atmosphere and charming coastal vibes that derive from the local restaurants, boutiques, locally themed Putt-Putt course, and shops you can find here. Enjoy fishing? Walk down to the pier where you can pick up bait and enjoy fishing at the end of the pier! Looking for something fun and exciting to do, book one of the amazing excursions operating out of the Bradenton Beach Marina.
This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor that leads to a balcony and steps away from the shared heated pool. When walking into the property you will immediately feel the vibe of a comfy beach vacation that you are soon to enjoy. The home offers an open space that blends functionality with relaxation as you can cook all the meals you enjoy at home on the new stainless-steel appliances while still catching your favorite shows on the Smart TV, once you are done cooking you can kick back and relax on the couch without missing a beat. A community grill is also available on the pool deck for your use as well as shared coin-operated laundry facility.
The bedrooms are just past the kitchen and offers a King-sized bed, Smart TV, and in bedroom 2 offers a Queen-sized bed, Smart TV and both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower/tub combo. Additional sleeping is offered in the living room with a sleeper sofa available for use. From inside the unit you will also have direct access to a balcony that overlooks the shared pool space. This pool space, while shared, is still very private as it is only accessible to guests staying in the building, totaling only 5 units counting this one!

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I think the house could use a few items. For starters having shampoo available and a some coffee in the house. We had to run out for both items first day. The bed could use a topper as it’s not very comfortable. Small thing could make the stay five stars.

Location was great, but had some unfortunate issues with the property itself, and specifically, the pool. Reached out to the property management company multiple times about a significant leak in the pool (which caused the water level to drop six inches or so per day) and the only type of response we received was simply to ask for pictures. The problem itself was never addressed, and the ability for our kids to use the pool was the primary reason we rented the property in the first place.Really disappointing.
