The Dolphin Dance South side, located at 803 Gulf Drive South is an impressive and newly furnished, two bedroom one and one half bath duplex with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the sunsets from the large palladium windows overlooking the beach.
This spacious, town home unit will sleep six with two queen beds and a sofa bed. It features a 42 inch television in the living room and a 19 inch television in the master bedroom. There is a gas grill onsite for your use as well as a Shared washer and dryer.

The home is on a perfect location right across the street from the beach! Was thinking with all the traffic on the road and parking for public right across the street it would be loud... but seriously so quiet you didn't realize you were sitting on a busy road! It was fantastic to watch the sunset from the beach and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning in front of the large window facing the beach. We would have loved a small porch off the bedroom etc that we could have sat outside on (there is a small area between the two doors for the duplex but sitting chairs there would have been strange with neighbors going in and out.

Overall it was a great vacation. Pros condo was clean, and location was great. Property management was prompt to fix furnace problem on Sunday when it occurred. Cons there was little to no current info in the condo, no info on where to put garbage, when it was to be picked up. There was no info on how to turn outside lights on and off. The washer was barely useable, during rinse and drain cycles it would go out of balance and bang very loudly, sounds like it's coming through the wall.

Loved the location and it was pretty peaceful even being on the main road. We can’t wait to come back. The washer/dryer just needs to be balanced but it did its job and personally the beds were a bit too springy. But we loved our stay.
