Half a block to the Gulf of Mexico — one of the shortest beach walks in northern Holmes Beach. Walk out the door, cross the street, and you're on white sand with miles of beach in either direction.

Northern Holmes Beach is the quieter end of the island. Residential, unhurried, and genuinely removed from the busier stretches closer to Holmes Beach center. Guests who find this end of AMI tend to come back for it.

Bollinger B is a ground-level one-bedroom duplex that sleeps six — worth understanding before you book. The main bedroom has a king bed with its own indoor bathroom. The living room and enclosed den each have a sofa bed, handling four additional guests comfortably. The second bathroom is located in the covered carport — convenient for rinsing off after the beach without tracking sand inside, and accessible without going through the main living space. It's a practical setup that works well for beach days.

The furnishings have been updated and the kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. A gas grill outside is available for cookouts. Shared laundry on the property handles the week's beach clothes. Carport parking keeps one car covered and out of the sun. Keyless entry means no key pickup, no key return — just arrive and walk in.

Pets are welcome. No fenced yard — worth knowing if you're traveling with a dog that needs a contained outdoor space. The half-block Gulf access and the quiet residential neighborhood make for excellent leashed walks morning and evening.

The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car once you've parked.

Bollinger Duplex B requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two cars.

Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a charming, vintage older Florida home/ duplex located just steps from beautiful beach, directly across from trolley stop and located in a very pleasant walkable neighborhood. Property management was immediately responsive to any problems we had during our stay.

We typically stay at a timeshare on LBK but this year our week didn't line up with our school break. We couldn't believe what a great find this was. We really only used the unit to sleep and prepare small meals. The unit itself is older but it had new couches which were clean and inviting. The carport made for a nice place to eat outside even when raining. The detached bathroom was a pleasant surprise. We appreciated that there were some beach chairs, toys, and wagon available for us to use. The only thing I would ask that you change is the bedframe in the bedroom is too large for the bed so estimating where the end of it is in the dark is hard. I walked into it a couple times before placing a large bag in the way for the remainder of the stay. We would love to stay again.

The duplex is right across the street from the beach and 5-10minutes from various restaurants, shopping etc. Dissatisfied with the A/C. During the day, the air struggled to maintain 80 degrees, but cooled down at night. They sent someone out to look at it and it didn’t improve.
