Good: Location was great and so close to the beach. We took advantage of the chairs and went to beach few days.
Opportunities: with no guest being at the property ahead of us, I would have expected some of the items to be fixed. Fee cabinets in the kitchen had broken drawer handles, master suite bed was very noisy, internet connection was terrible and TV’s pretty much could not be watched in the evenings.
Suggestions: make sure you grab small condiments like salt and pepper as there is nothing at the property. We stayed at other places that had basic stuff to get you started. Also, plates and utensils are all over the place. Spending $200-$300 could fix this quickly and make it more appealing for customers to return.
