Emmalani Court 311 is a hidden gem in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai. Emmalani Court is only 42 units and adjacent to the 8th hole of the top-rated Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Makai golf course. This well-maintained complex is within walking distance to the luxurious 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, Pali Ke Kua Beach, Hideaway Beach, Queen’s Bath, golf, tennis, and the many restaurants in the surrounding area. Watch the incredible sunsets from the bluff point of the property or BBQ at the pool.. The picturesque town of Hanalei Bay and its famous beach and world-class surfing are a short drive away.

A short stroll to the north end of the property offers unlimited views of the ocean, mountains, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

The modern chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of cookware and appliances, offers a bright vibe, and makes you feel right at home. With granite counters and ample storage, the family chef may well feel inspired to prepare either old favorites or a new Hawaiian recipe for all to enjoy.
