Emmalani Court is a hidden gem in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai. It is only 42 units and adjacent to the 8th hole of the top rated Robert Trent Jones Jr designed Makai golf course. This well maintained complex is located within walking distance to the Princeville Resort, Pali Ke Kua beach, Hideaways, Queens Bath, golf, tennis, and the many restaurants in Princeville. Watch the incredible sunsets from the point of the property or a bbq at the pool.. The picturesque town of Hanalei Bay and its famous beach and world class surfing is a short drive away.

This is a great option for couples, solo adventurers and families. The Bathrooms and Kitchen have recently been renovated. This unit has recently had many upgrades. These upgrades include new furniture, beds, linens and a very well stocked kitchen. To make your stay even more comfortable there is wifi and A/C in both bedrooms, as well as the living area. Each bedroom has en-suites on opposite ends of the townhouse making it ideal for couples traveling together. One King in the primary bedroom and two queens in the guest room. Parking is free and unassigned.

This condo was clean and well appointed. It had a nice patio with beautiful views of the golf course. We were in walking distance to Hideaway Beach and Queens Bath and close driving distance to other popular sights on the North Shore. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

One of the best online rentals we have stayed at! A 10 for sure. We stayed in a big luxury-type resort hotel near Lihue for a work conference, and then extended our trip to the beautiful North Shore and this great condo accommodations. Glad we did! Pros: Looks just like the photos (maybe even better!) Fully stocked kitchen Air conditioning in EVERY room Top floor unit. Lockbox self-entry. Quiet condo (at least when we were there) Comfy King bed Huge shower/double sinks Fluffy towels (and plenty of them) 2 fully separate bedrooms (king/2 queens) Quiet, sleek ceiling fans in EVERY room Golf course fairway view (peek-a-boo ocean view) Clean modern decor (big lounging couch) Huge 65" Smart TV Front load washer/dryer Beach chairs and beach umbrellas (no boards or snorkel gear) Outdoor private deck Covered parking No resort fees Cheap Ono, Marlin, Ahi from Foodland Short walk to Queen's Bath Trailhead and Kenomene Ocean Sunset Outlook Cons (very minor!): Garbage disposal did not work No ocean view (if that is important to you) Tiny plastic shampoo/conditioner bottles (would prefer locking refillable dispensers) The condo property small hot tub was not working (Hawaii Life had no control over this, just a bummer) Would definitely stay here again!

Well-appointed condo in great Princeville location...close to grocery, shopping, beaches. The layout was open and functional, loved the double beds in the second room for 2 teens. Kitchen had everything you needed, nice showers in both bathrooms, and, most important, the AC was great to have. Would definitely rent here again!

This is the nicest and most comfortable hawaiian vacation rental I've stayed at. My family of 4 were very comfortable during our week long stay. I can confidently say that we'd love to stay again if we make it back to kauai! Extra beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards were a major plus!

Not only was the location wonderful, but the apartment was absolutely immaculate. We went for a family reunion (6 families all staying in different apartments in the vicinity). Some had slightly better views of the water, but none were as updated or comfortable as ours. This is a perfect stay for a family. A walking distance from the water, right on a golf course, and very close to a beautiful park. Every day looked like a post card!!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The condo was immaculate, modern and very spacious. The kitchen met all our needs. There were plenty of towels, linens and beach chairs for all. The location is absolutely perfect, just minutes from the Foodland grocery store, restaurants and shops in Hanalei Bay, and a 20-30 minute drive to Tunnels Beach and the Na Pali Coast trailhead. A short walk onto the golf course provided an amazing location to enjoy the beautiful sunset and views of Bali Hai. We stayed for 4 nights and wish we had stayed longer! We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the future.

We’ve stayed in this condo complex several times before. The views are always gorgeous. This particular condo was upscale and had all the basic necessities. Know that you are renting and dealing with a management company (a big one on the island) and not the owner. No personal touches. Lots of auto texts and not the same response time as a normal owner. I did have a problem with the tv and my contact person responded quickly. They give you two different phone numbers…one the corporate office and one your personal contact. But everything worked out well…plenty of towels, beds were comfy, washer and dryer was bigger than I expected and worked well. A few recommendations…some bigger than others…the morning sun comes right into the great room in the morning blinding you if you face it and limiting the spaces where you can hang out in the morning for about an hour or so. Why not hang a shade so you can take advantage of the great room ALL hours of the day? It shouldn’t be so annoying in the morning for your guests. Second, while it looks great in the picture, I think it’s time to replace the sectional sofa which is showing a lot of wear and doesn’t match the upscale level of the rest of the condo. Lastly, a few odds and ends missing in kitchen like chip clips and scissors both of which would be welcomed but not expected. But overall definitely a 5 star condo that we wouldn’t hesitate to stay in again!!

This was our sixth visit in 17 years to Kauai. We have stayed in this complex once before in a different unit. We love this property. It is quiet, well maintained, and in a great location. Unit 322 was great. Well appointed with tasteful/clean lines decor. The best stocked kitchen we have ever experienced. The most effective AC units in the bedrooms we have ever experienced. The unit is updated and clean. There are four Tommy Bahama beach chairs in the laundry closet as well as a wonderful Tommy Bahama beach umbrella. Check in was easy with the lock box right at the door. It was a very pleasant stay with the exception of two things: 1. No window coverings at all on the front door nor on the living room windows and slider. This was something we've never experienced before and made us feel like fish in a bowl for all the people in the parking lot and on the very busy golf course. To us, he lack of privacy was disconcerting. The unobstructed view, as nice as it was, also meant the place received unobstructed morning sun on the living room side, and hot afternoon sun in the front door. The second bedroom overlooking the parking had adequate window coverings. The master bedroom had two linen type panels that were too small. There was space between the panels and on both sides. We ended up throwing blankets over that to provide desired privacy. 2. The light/fan in the living room has a mind of its own. The first night there the light turned on in the middle of the night and due to the lack of a covering on the sliding door in the living room and the non light blocking panels in the master, the light came right through, waking us up. Several times during our one week stay we would be in the living room and the light would turn on. We would have to use the remote to turn it off and often it would just turn back on again within minutes. The same thing happened with the speed of the fan. We would turn it to medium or high and within minutes it would drop back to low. If you aren't so privacy conscious as we are, this would be the perfect place for you! We would probably stay in this unit again. It is a great value.

The window behind the sofa is floor to ceiling and stretches across the whole back of the unit. The fully equip kitchen was the right size for us and had enough space for our week long stay. Beds, bedding and towels were comfortable and plentiful. The unit had beach chairs and boogie boards and we were able to rent a beach umbrella. All the rooms were air conditioned. 2 mile drive to Princelville shopping center and about 4 miles to the Hanalei Bay Area. Plenty of parking and very close to the pretty pool. We would definitely stay here again and I recommend this condo!
