Friendly, kind, helpful - wanted to do anything necessary to help our large family group. Replied to all communication and everything needed was provided. Warm, comfortable rooms for us all.

Friendly B&B and a helpful location

Breakfast was included - extra cost for cooked. Mairie was very friendly. Up to date facilities.

The location is on a busy road but we did bring ear plugs. The room was very hot but a fan was provided.

Perfect accommodation for a local wedding

Maire was very friendly and accommodating. The room was an excellent size, very nicely finished and fantastic for a family. En-suite was excellent. Great choice for b/fast in the morning. Parking was great too.

The room only has shutters and no curtains meaning the sun light came into the room very early.

A lot of heavy traffic noise with windows open. Ameliorated somewhat by closing the double-glazed units but then needed the fan which was provided.

Super comfortable

The host was wonderful. Lotsof local knowledge. The room and bed was super comfortable and the fan in the room was the added extra that really helped on a very hot night. Breakfast was wonderful and very tasty.

Friendly and welcoming host. House clean and comfortable Use of dining area microwave/fridge, etc was great.

Stairs steps very narrow. Shared bathroom. No hook in the on suit bathroom to hang your towels.

A wonderful B&B in Royston.

A beautiful place to stay, warm, cosy and welcoming. Everything you could need for a perfect stay. The room was clean, bright and warm. The bed and pillows were so comfy I slept really well. Maire was fantastic. She is super friendly and couldn’t have done more for me. Nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly be back when next in Royston.

Overall clean and tidy and shower was good. I would book again, mainly for location to my son.

I thought for £90 perhaps poached eggs on toast or boiled eggs could be offered. All cooked foods were extra. I had cereal and toast and a pot of tea.

The blue rug in my bedroom (5) could've been cleaner. It looked like it hadn't been hoovered recently as it had a few bits of tiny paper/fabric on it.

Lovely, comfortable, happy stay.

We were so happy to have booked Magnolia House. We stayed in the family room which was spotless and very comfortable with coffee and tea making facilities and a lovely shower. Position excellent, in a quiet location and lots of parking if needed.
