Managed by a Real Estate company

We stayed two nights, but we would not rented if we knew that this is managed by a real estate company. Now you know and can decide.

This appartment is managed by a real estate company which advertise to owners that "maximizes revenue through its specialist know-how, technical skills, dynamic rate management". To get the key we were forced to digitally sign an additional contract, submit documents trough a badly designed website and we received robot-written emails with some texts with capital letters. Dont contribute to such a business. This is neither human, nor ethic and it just increse prices for renting appartments.

Good apartment with some points to improve

The location is the highlight of this apartment. The size is very nice with large balcony. The kitchen has good devices for cooking, the toilet is large with a nice shower, and the bedroom is large with a comfortable bed.

The utensils of the kitchen could be better. If you want to cook properly, it is advised to bring your own utensils (set of knives and good pots). There is no coffee machine (not even a Mokka) and no glasses of wine. The sofa is not comfortable. The wash machine looks old and smells like mold, for this reason I preferred to hand wash some of my clothes. Probably the wash machine is not regularly cleaned with antibacterial products (if it is, then they should change the brand of the product). Finally, the staff does not communicate very well. Sometimes they reply very quickly, sometimes they take more than one day to reply via whatsapp (always with very short sentences, without many details).

Excellent apartment just a pity about the balcony

Nice clean apartment Supermarket very close Also excellent wine dealer and sells refillable bottles of wine for as low as €2 I think it was called Wiki wines near the supermarket

Just unfortunate that the balcony faced directly across from the neighbors Also a sun lounger or two would have been nice However the balcony only got sun up to 11am ,pity

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral und hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Auch der Balkon war super, wenn auch mit wenig Aussicht.

Das Badezimmer könnte hier und da etwas erneuert werden.

Departamento tranquilo, con lo justo, sin wifi.

Departamento amplio, fácil llegada. Caminamos 12-15min desde la estación de tren. Tiene ascensor. Calle local, tranquila.

Instalaciones antiguas, persiana del living no funcionaba. Sin wifi, las er turistas esto es algo que hecha los mucho de menos.

Nos gustó que era espaciosa y tenía muy buena iluminación y ventilación Estaba todo en perfecto estado Nos gustó que tuviera cocina y que la ducha tuviera buena presión de agua caliente

Soggiorno a Santa Margherita Ligure

La struttura ha una posizione strategica e a pochi passi dal centro di Santa Margherita, vicina anche alle fermate dei bus e a circa 10 minuti dalla stazione. L'appartamento è spazioso e accessoriato nel caso si voglia cucinare e dispone di un comodo ascensore. Lo staff disponibile per ogni richiesta.

L'appartamento, nonostante abbia un bel balcone, si affaccia su un altra casa. La posizione interna lo rende poco luminoso e freddo.
