I loved the location. The hostess was so welcoming and kind. The place had everything you could need and was very clean. The bedroom is in the back and quiet. This is the place I keep thinking about and wishing I was back there. Thank you.

I did not want to go home

Mary & Adrian are the most fantastic hosts. The Annex exceeded my expectations and it is scrupulously clean and superbly comfortable. The kitchen has everything you can think of including dishwasher and washing machine. For me it was a magical stay and will make a return visit as soon as possible

Quiet location with quality fitout.

Quiet location just a few mile out of Penzance with off street parking and new fitout. Outside deck with table and chairs, washing machine, full kitchen and comfy bed.

Best place to stay in Penzance

Great place, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, private, quiet, yet close enough to the madness that is Penzance today (& indeed ALL of Cornwall: TOO TOO many people, TOO TOO many cars, even out of season). Super hostess, highly recommended. Don't stay anywhere else.

WONDERFUL ALL ROUND

We loved the property it was in a lovely location with parking available. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The property was exceptionally well presented and equipped and extremely clean. We would highly recommend a stay here. Wonderful for couples. Location is excellent for touring area. We will definitely be returning.

Relaxing and peaceful

The location is great for access to the Land's End peninsula and Penzance. Close to beaches at Porthcurno and Sennen. Ideal for a couple wanting a quiet location to relax and explore this part of Cornwall.

A gem in Madron

The Annex is in a perfect location for exploring West Cornwall, but is also a lovely place in which to just relax. Mary was a most welcoming, friendly and informative host who obviously takes great pride in her accommodation. And my stay was capped off perfectly by a fascinating hour spent in Adrian's studio learning about his art and his inspirations.

Mary was an excellent host gave us plenty of information regarding places to visit etc.

EVERYTHING. It is centrally located 20 minute drive to St Ives and other resorts. Property was high spec. Bus stop close by excellent service, 5 minutes into Penzance. Had our own parking space. We will be recommending it to family and friends, and will be returning again.

There was nothing to dislike. We thought it was perfect for our needs.

The location is excellent - just outside Penzance with a 2 minute drive to get there. The location is lovely and quiet and the hosts were amazing. They even made sure there was fresh milk in the fridge to make a cup of tea on arrival.

Every thing,what a Great place to stay, fabulous location away from the busy towns, lovley host made us welcome from arriving on the drive, Annex is spotless and modern with everything you need. Great little village pub very welcoming. Fantastic 7 days touring Cornwall through the day time then coming back to relax in the Annex was just perfect

Exceptional

It was our first time in Cornwall and we really injoyed it, even though weather was not too good. We were met by Marry, very friendly and helpful host. Our cottage was modern, spotlessly clean with fully equipped kitchen. Our bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom well design with huge shower and warm towels ready. There were all little details that add up to a grat stay and make the place feel warm and homey. I highly recommend this place, we would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

Clean, modern and private, everything we needed was there. Lovely village and quirky pub nearby. Mary was friendly and a full of information regarding the area, we visited many places, our favourite was watching the sunset at Lands End, twice! We came back one afternoon to some fabulous home made scones with clotted cream and jam, they were amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location was amazing for exploring all the coves and beaches southern Cornwall has to offer - the annex was so clean and well equipped for all eventualities and the hosts were so friendly and helpful the property felt very private and comfortable.
