Tropical Gardens 1 bed cottage Central Newlyn

Für uns eine super Lage und eine schmucke Unterkunft. Gutes Radio, TV, Kaffeekocher und Siebträger. Teilweise geschmakvolle Bilder und Keramik. Sicherlich genau richtig für Instergamfotos. Tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Instergram ist schön und gut, aber es gibt doch einige Dinge die auch funktional sein sollten. Ich würde als Gastgeber noch einmal durch die Wohnung gehen und Glas und Töpfe checken (eg. sind die Töpfe passened zum Inductionsherd), es gibt jede menge Messer aber sind die Werkzeuge parktikabel? Tolle Küche aber nicht so richtig easy to use (wie wäre es mit den richtigen Werkzeugen für Mehresfrüchte, die es unglaublich gut in der Nachbarschaft zu kaufen gibt. Im Bad den Wasserabfluss reparieren und eine oder zwei Haken spendieren, die Fenster sollten sich auch öffnen lassen, Toilettensitz reparieren ... hätte auch eine 10 sein können.

The annex is clean and modernly decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the underfloor heating warms the place up quickly. The coffee machine was great and the kitchen has all the basic essentials you need for your stay. The welcome book was useful. There's a nice little terrace outside the property overlooking a stream and gardens. A short walk to local pubs and cafes so the location was great. It's also a great place to stay and explore Cornwall. We had a very pleasant stay here and the property offers everything you need.

The parking area needs a revamp. It was dark when we arrived and the parking space is awkward to park in which would of been ok if it was tidier and easier to see. There was some wood, ladders, taupulin, bags and a wheelie bin in the parking area making it difficult to park. It took us a while to park as we didn't want to hit anything. The whole area just needs a tidy up to make it easier and more welcoming. There is also no lighting in the parking area or along the path so a torch is needed. Some lights would make a big difference. Also a property sign by the parking space would also really help so if you arrive in the dark, you can see that your in the right place. The shower was not very hot or powerful and theres nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels.

Everything in good order, the bed was very comfortable.

Very uncomfortable sofa. Lack of instructions on how to use the smart TV. No lighting by steps at the end of the path.
