Frosty Towers

The property was excellent. It’s situated opposite the beach and within walking distance of the town and all the attractions. It was very clean and the hostess was very welcoming. The breakfast was brilliant, hot and plentiful. Definitely worth visiting.

Ideally located on the front lovely see view from our room. Bed was comfy and shower great. Jen was lovely (the bottle of Prosecco for my husbands birthday was a lovely touch) great breakfast.

We love Llandudno and this was the fifth time we where staying. We are not too fussy as people and only really need a place to rest our heads & have a breakfast, anything else is a bonus. Here is an honest opinion. We picked this hotel based upon, the previous reviews. Which I now find surprising to say the least. The hotel is the far end of the promenade. We stayed for two nights at the end of June 2026. Here's what we found: Room was basic but clean. There are no shampoo or soaps in the toilets. The host did ask if we needed any. We do bring our own but I feel it should be already there without asking. There is no option for 'do not disturb' in room. We do not smoke but read that if caught smoking, it was a £500 fine to enable room cleaning (Even as a non smoker, I find this expensive. £500 to clean smoke) The host was only ever seen in the morning. I was looking forward to the breakfast. I had read so many good reviews. I'm truly astonished. Breakfast was poor & that's being kind. You had to pick night before, so the host could defrost sausage & bacon! (was told that) What you pick is what you get every morning. You for not pick for each day. The cereal was out of date, November 2025. Hash brown really under cooked and potato inside was black in parts as if they where really old. The breakfast was really disappointing & disgusting, yet the reviews stated different? We only had toast for breakfast on 2nd morning, trust me you would too. I'm not one to complain as I realise that a bad review can be detrimental but we have stayed at five different hotels in Llandudno and the breakfast here was the worst we have ever had. I must be honest & say the worst I've had ever. Would I stay here again? The answer is a clear NO. First time I have ever said that.
