Location was good Staff nice

Although bed newish ..bathroom clean ...walls in bedroom dirty..hole in the wall .an old fabric chair which I wouldn't even put my coat on because of stains. Shower was minute....not suitable for normal sized adults. Don't normally have negatives but room 104 needs looking at.

Some great points to hotel would stay again

Location was perfect for us, breakfast was plentiful and very nice buffet style. There’s a lift and we we’re on the 3rd floor so it was ideal, stayed in a few places in Llandudno with no lifts.

The wallpaper and matching curtain in our room was very dark and dated made the room feel enclosed but this is a minor issue and we both agreed we would stay again bathroom was modern and room was clean and stocked well with tea coffee etc

The worst possible and my weekend with a day holiday put in as well the travelling from Warrington were totally ruined.

The staff even being polite is useless as 2 different members didn’t even try to sort out the situation. At 1:00 a.m. on the 14/02/26 tried to use the water and gave a shower and there was no hot water at all. Came down to the ground floor, spoke to a member of the staff who said that there was nothing he could do. At 08:00 a.m left the hotel and reported again the problem to the reception. Left my partner there who left about 12:00 as well.

Great place to stay

The hotel was great, staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms and bedding were clean, beds are comfortable, and showers hot. Breakfast was as you would expect, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast, and buffet style breakfast. It was hot, plenty of choice and above all very tasty. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Superb breakfast. Really friendly and helpful staff and really clean. There is a lift to all floors (which looks news) and was useful for the third floor. Great location for pier/beach/shops/walking on promenade

The decor needs updating a little. There was evidence that this is being done in stages and it is challenging to keep up to this type of historic building. It was so clean and comfortable that for the cost, I do not think it could be better and I would recommend. We are looking at booking next year already.

Room small but very comfortable.Had an issue with the shower but maintenance team right on it. Superb location close to shops and promenade. Breakfast amazing with a wide choice.

The whole stay in the hotel was awful. We felt like we had been put in an old unused broom cupboard. It was dirty and uncared for with marks and holes in the door and on thexwalls.

Good:Excellent Breakfast. Room and cleanliness. Bad: breakfast room too small couldnt always get seats or had to wait, only had breakfast twice from 4 days.

Breakfast as above. Had coach party staying paying 4 days for price of 3. They laid on dinner for that party, but for full paying guests the restaurant was closed. Was told I had to bring passport even though I was coming from England, but when I booked in no one asked for it. No heating in room even though it was 12 degrees outside and cold.

We had a brilliant stay, managed to get around as location is central so not too much walking.

the hotel is in an excellent position, close to everything we needed. For the price we paid it was excellent value for money.

The rooms could do with some decorating, but all the facilities in the room were good. Bathroom was excellent. The view from the room however, was awful, looked out onto really bad back yards of this and other properties

The location is brilliant. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

The room stunk on arrival, really strong and we couldn’t place exactly what it was but it wasn’t very nice. Didn’t like how you have to lock the door when going out so if you forget your room is open to anybody.

Just felt extremely comfortable and quite homely. Super little room with excellent facilities. Quiet and surprisingly little road noise to say the window was open. Kind and considerate host on reception. Lovely gentleman. Fantastic breakfast. Loved the stay. Will be back!!

The Great Scottish White Heather Hotel

The hotel was situation at a very local position for the shops and beach. The breakfast was a gr8 buffet. The bedroom was superb with two single beds. Also shower all the bits and pieces like tea, coffee with a kettle as well. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything we require.

it was okay, i think the price was slightly too high for what we got but i assume i paid that amount for the location, a

right by the beach, tv, wifi, private bathroom and drinks making station included

hairdryer was incredibly weak, would’ve taken over an hour to fully dry my hair. mattress and pillows were very hard, felt like sleeping on rocks

Room was really small and the en-suite was so small that the door only opened a third of the way and then hit the wash basin.
