Villa Togio by Villa Plus

It’s was very peaceful and relaxing,will definitely be back

Would rather have had a pool table than the table tennis table,but not that important

Dishwasher broke and wasn't fixed for the length of time we were there.

A clean modern villa with some nice touches that has sufficient kitchen equipment for a small family. The double bed is a memory foam mattress and very comfortable. Location is pretty good and is approx 10 mins walk down to the strip however the direct route is via Cardiac hill and there is no easy walk back up to the villa, fortunately not a problem for us. There is a Lidl, Spar and several other small supermarkets within a few minutes walk. We would stay there again if the wifi was sorted out, it's our 6th time on the island and this was the worst broadband we've had.

Pool maintenance is poor...many tiles and much grouting missing. Pool water was checked twice per week but wasn't cleaned. Wi-fi is pretty poor, constantly disconnecting so streaming radio wasn't very good, tv was worse though it was possible to watch netfix/firestick at times, usually evening was better. We were only informed the day before arrival, through a villa information pdf, that the wifi isn't very good and streaming isn't possible...the villa is advertised as having wifi so this was poor communication and disappointing. Even though we weren't informed, the towels are changed on a wednesday and Saturday but the fresh towels smelled so we washed them ourselves. The villa is stripped and left pretty bare at the start of the rental ie no condiments, shower gel, mozzy spray etc so an immediate shop is necessary and buying salt, pepper, sugar etc is an unnecessary expense for the amount used, most villa's we stay in usually have something left in them from previous renters. There are no sunchairs just sunbeds and no cushions for the dining chairs which aren't the most comfortable.
