About this villa rental

A short distance from motor boating, the sea, and more, this family-friendly villa lets you experience it all. Your feet will make short work of the 6-minute walk to Puerto del Carmen Beach or the 12-minute walk to La Peñita.

Relax by the heated pool or sip a drink in the garden of this 7104-sq-ft villa, which also features a deck or patio and a firepit. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at table tennis and billiards, or enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

As you settle into this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a BBQ grill, a safe, and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a lobster pot. Great property in a good location, 5 minute walk to beach and restaurants.The outside area is amazing.Small supermarket across the road and Lidl about 15 minutes walk away and we got a taxi back for 4 euros.The property manager was very good with communications and we had a couple of minor problems that he sorted out straight away, also let us check out later as we had an evening flight.We would highly recommend

Great outside space. Clean property. Good BBQ. Only 400 metres to seafront. Small supermarket over the road. No noise from nearby properties. Thoroughly recommend this villa. Only 16euros in a taxi from the airport.

A fabulous villa to stay at in Tias/Puerto del Carmen with plenty of room for all our family. The location is perfect just up from the main road and peaceful as well. Lovely villa with big-sized rooms together with an amazing swimming pool, pool table and table tennis table which were all used a lot. Instructions were easy to follow and carry out and the host was extremely helpful with any questions we had. A fantastic place overall and would recommend it and the host very highly to anyone staying in Lanzarote.
