Great location, friendly staff, lots of facilities, great pool, nice pool bar and restaurant
No AC in August was a killer, impossible to sleep, enquired about rental at reception, no joy, although both neighbours got units. The room had a ceiling fan but didn't do a huge amount. Also, I put towels down early one day, came back after a walk, found them removed and thrown in a pile on a rock. A couple of others seemed to be too. From then on, didn't "reserve" beds but found the rest of the complex and guests seemed to have free reign to do this, came out at 9 some mornings and found no beds available. So, no consistency!

We were in an excellent location, the apartment had 2 balconies which was excellent
Shame there was no air-con. Fans were provided but air con would have been better

Property is beautiful and apartment is spacious. Staff are so friendly and always happy to help. No issue is to small for them to help. Have stayed previously and HG lomo blanco never disappoints. We had several groups of friends stay on our recommendation and they were all very impressed and would all return. We will be back as soon as possible.
Couldn’t fault it. The new aircon was a welcome addition in the heat.

The apsrtment was amazing for the price we paid. It was only a few minutes walk down hill to get the main bar area.
The only gripe is, there was no extractor fan in the bathroom. It took forever to clear the steam.
