Lovely, clean and extremely spacious duplex apartment. Located in a perfect position 2mins walk from the main promenade yet super quiet and private. 2 en-suite bedrooms downstairs, one of which is huge with loads of storage space. Open plan kitchen and lounge upstairs with additional toilet and a utility. Nice private balcony with sea views containing table chairs and sun loungers, south facing so sun all day. Also very safe and secure and the whole complex is well maintained and very clean. Highly recommended and we will definately return in the future.

There isn't anything not to like, be aware that it's location is uphill for those with mobility problems due to lots of steps.

Good location. Lovely size two floor apartment with modern kitchen and toilets. Bedrooms downstairs never got warm at night which was good. The neighbours residents were quiet and respectful. Pool area never roo busy I thought it was decent value and would highly recommend

Beds were a little to hard for my liking and the curtains and blinds didn't keep the light out much but this just my own preferences and im a poor sleeper anyway

The apartment was perfect for us in terms of location, size, and everything it offered as a holiday rental. If we decide to return to PDC in the future, we’d love to come back

The location was very central to the main strip. There was a balcony and good facilities The property was very clean. The property is very secure, alarm system and lock safe.

The steps up to the property from the main strip, not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. The air conditioning is an extra charge, they have a meter at the property, €2 for 30 minutes even though it says that it is included in the facilities listed when booking.
