TOP FLOOR OCEAN VIEWS Lanzamar - Renovated Gem with a Sunny, Private Terrace & Elevator & Pool - Puerto del Carmen

Lovely apartment with a great view… extremely comfortable bed. Plenty of towels supplied as well as all you would need for a self catering stay. Very clean and you could not find a more welcoming host.

The pool was very cold which was a pity because it looked so inviting …unfortunately we did not use as it was just too cold.

Property was well located and accommodation was spotless with everything you would need and then some. Air conditioning was a big plus! The pool area was spacious with loads of sun beds and extremely well maintained too. Andrea was extremely helpful in recommending places of interest to visit, location of the supermarkets, restaurants etc. and was always quick to reply to any text messages. She also had treats for us on our arrival and departure which was a very thoughtful gesture. We would have no problem in recommending the accommodation and would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

This is a lovely quiet complex with an amazing pool in a fantastic location. The apartment was really clean and welcoming and Andrea was an amazing host who made sure we had everything we could need. I am so delighted that we got to stay in this apartment on our first trip to Lanzarote. I could not recommend this little gem highly enough!

Both Andrea & Sonia were fantastic. Andrea greeted us when we arrived & showed us around apartment. She was so helpful & kind. Sonia helped us at the end of our stay. She was also incredibly kind. I would just make 2 suggestions. One would be that a full length mirror would be handy. Secondly, it's probably not possible but maybe a parasol on the balcony?? We loved sitting out there in the evening but too warm during day.

There was NOTHING we didnt like.
