Lovely employees working here. Mencey in the front desk was really pleasant and helpful with all aspects of my stay. The lady on the pool bar was also really pleasant and helped me feel relaxed.
Maybe just the noise that comes in from the corridors, the doors are older so they need a bit of a bang to close and they aren't flush to the ground so soundproofing isn't great..you can hear people come in and speaking clear as day throughout the night. Pillows a bit tough too

All the staff are all extremely friendly and professional. The pool area is perfect and the bar is great. I’ve been coming here twice a year for years and love it.
The unfurbished rooms are really tired. We had no service during our stay of 3 nights.
