Staff amazing, so friendly and went out their way to help. Place was spotless. Great location and beds comfy.
Bit of mold in the bedroom walls .. shower hot water didn’t last long for 4 people.

The ladies that met us were very helpful and friendly
Loved the decor, cleanliness, facilities, comfy beds and good bed linen and towels, great balcony, great location, parking on road.
Our only issues were there was only ever enough hot water for one shower; the wifi never worked and when we used the oven and hob together the electricity went off. We were only there for three days so was not a huge problem.

Great location. Close to everything.
Very small but poor drainage in shower and bathroom sink.

There was no cleaner no bed change no clean towels.
TV was streaming only.
Apart from when I was given the keys and paid the balance did not see anyone. No sign anywhere to say what time checkout was no one to hand keys to so left in apartment.
