Casa Vinca is a well equipped holiday home with a unique and quiet location, just a few meters from the beach "Playa Grande". Shops and restaurants are just around the corner. The beautiful promenade is only a few steps away.
The holiday home has 3 bedrooms and a modern bathroom on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. The other two bedrooms have single beds. To the living room and the kitchen a staircase leads to the first floor. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. From here you can access the two terraces with sea views, where you can have breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and large fridge, from here you can also get into a small utility room, where there is a washing machine. In addition, the house has a good Wi-Fi connection.

Everything was made easy from the booking process to all communication with Melanie regarding any queries we had.Met at the property on arrival with explanation of all services.As we arrived later than expected and on a Sunday evening when supermarkets close early,a pint of milk and a bottle of wine as a welcome pack would have been appreciated.Other than that everything was perfect.The property is in a quiet street,yet a few minutes walk from the local spa and sea front with all its restaurants and shops.We loved it's position and outside private space and intend to rebook for next spring.
