About this villa rental
It is a "home from home" Private villa with a heated in the Winter
2 storey villa close to the main beach front. It has a private pool and sun terrace with a BBQ. On arrival you will receive a welcome pack and it is ideal for a family holiday. It is 5 minutes walk away from the main beach front where you can find bars, restaurants, cafes, night clubs etc It has 2 safes. Or main beach has a variety of activities available such as jet skis, banana boat rides. There is a brand new golf course that has just opened this year which is only a five minute drive away. It has a washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, iron and ironing board, kettle, microwave, toaster, , Internet TV with all channels , stereo and 3 internal bathrooms. Plus 1 outdoor bathroom. We have a travel cot and highchair if needed (must be booked in advance). There is a supermarket 2 mins walk away.

lisa was fantastic if we had any thing to moan about it would be no rails to hold on to going up stairs if you have mobility problems it is a bit of a problem but I did manage it

Property was spacious and clean and in a great location with only a 10 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. The pool was fabulous and the property was spotless, plenty of utensils should you wish to stay in and cook. Only thing would be a new barbeque. Will definitely stay again. Hosts were fantastoc

Lovely place close to amenities ... everything you would need for a great time. Lovely sea view from balcony. Hosts nearby for any needs. Would recommend.

Lovely villa located close to local amenities, bars, restaurants and the beach. Good space outside to lounge around the pool. Pool was fairly small, but big enough for a good dip and a little swimming. The villa had three good size bedrooms downstairs, with a lounge / dinning area and kitchen upstairs, and balcony to sit out either in the sun or shade. Three good size toilets / showers / bathrooms complement the bedroom (although would have preferred a door on the ensuite).We booked into the villa before the building work next door. These are probably the slowest builders I have ever seen in my life. Fortunately they were not using power tools, did not start too early (0800/0830) and usually finished by 3pm (some days earlier). I fear that this will be going on for some time, judging by their progress, but apart from some manual banging (hammers) they were pretty quiet Certainly no shouting, no music and always appeared respectful. The banging was periodic, and not overpowering.Our host, Lisa, could not have been more helpful. We were met by her husband and shown around the house. Some welcome items were left in the kitchen fridge for us. They dropped off tea-towels that had been missed, and were massively flexible on departure day allowing us to use the villa until we needed to leave to get our flight. Lisa took great care to warn us about the builders and was excellent in her communications. This level of customer service was 1st class - hence the score. Great value.
