About this villa rental
Modern 3 bedroom detached villa within the heart of Puerto Del Carmen that has been fully furnished to a high standard.
The property boasts a high level of privacy and includes a private heated swimming pool, sun loungers/dining table/chairs to pool area and an upstairs living area with a sun trap balcony (with sea view) and home bar. The whole garden area is south facing and in the sun all day. There is also a sofa bed which can be used to provide additional sleeping for 2 extra people (maximum 8 guests). This would be for families only. There is a separate downstairs WC. A perfect location for families/couples to relax by the pool and be within minutes of the beach and all resort amenities. An excellent starting point to explore the island.

We had an excellent stay in this lovely villa which was very well furnished and equipped with everything you would need with a very nice pool. It is close to all the amenities in the resort.Communication with Richard the owner and the information provided from when the booking was made was prompt and useful and the assistance from Hilary who maintains the property was friendly and helpful.We would thoroughly recommend this property.

We spent 10 nights at this beautiful villa and we loved every second of it. Theres really nothing bad i can say about it. Everything was perfect, right down to the location. If you are wondering whether to book then I would say go for it, you wont be disappointed.

Can’t thank the owners enough for such a fabulous holiday. The villa is perfect in every aspect. Pool area is amazing and well kept by Leonard, villa is cleaned to a high standard by Hillary and team and Hillary is always on hand to answer any questions. Would definitely return to this amazing villa. Thank you
