The location of La Penita is unrivalled. It’s just off the Main Street but not noisy. The new reception and pool bar are absolutely stunning. I go to La Penita time and time again and they never disappoint. Basic yes but clean, well maintained, gorgeous pool area and location cannot be beaten. Staff are always so friendly and helpful too.

Brilliant location. Very clean. Quiet pool area and no sun bed wars. The pool bar is great and very reasonable prices.
During our week the bar closed at 6pm instead of 9pm which meant that no entertainment or anything available for an evening. Bedding wasn’t changed during our stay and hot water doesn’t last long. As it was cold on a night and there is no heating bedding felt a bit damp. I felt the price had increas d a lot since our last stay in October and there was no visible improvements to justify the price increase. The prices are now on par with hotels with many more facilities such as air con.
