Great location, peaceful surroundings

No aircon

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, very good location , there is a bar next door, but this did not affect the noise in our apartment, the bar also serves food which we found convenient if we did not want to walk too far at times , nice swimming pool and friendly neighbours in the other apartments ,pool cleaned daily ,great balcony leading to the pool or just sit out in the sun ,decent chairs for sitting out on the sun . Very good range of equipment, easy check in and out, the living room has a nice comfortable sofa , and there are plenty of accessories to use, the location is very good , a mini Spar and a small shop very near, the bar owners next door were very friendly and helpful. They do nice food ,it is bear the main strip but far enough away from the noise of the main bars at a night , we a motability scooter , and found all the pavements to be adapted for the disabled people , but some kerbs were a challenge if you did not stick to the main route , easy walking distance to the beaches and a fantastic local Irish owned bar the Mucky Duck which did a great selection of food and Bingo 3 nights per week , cash only no card payments taken in the Mucky Duck

The shower is not fit for purpose, and needs replacing, you cant use it, as the water runs cold ,it also is very old and the actual shower tray and plastic surround is very cracked the whole unit needs replacing and the shower head is loose and falls off its had it and needs a new one , the double mattress is very uncomfortable in the front bedroom , and needs replacing, there is damp in the front bedroom, and this needs attention very soon as it makes all your clothes feel damp , the bed sheets also get damp , there is black mould behind the bed , this is due to damp in the front wall which you can see has a damp issue and needs attention ASAP - the boiler does not deliver enough hot water and runs cold very quickly

Bathroom could do with some ventilation Maybe WiFi would be helpful

Die Lage ist perfekt und sehr ruhig

Die Betten waren Katastrophe, WLAN hat auch gefällt (4G Router) war keine gute Lösung aber sonst ist ok
