PLEASE BE AWARE – significant building work currently affecting the complex Review: We are currently staying here (12–19 September 2026) and I feel it is important to leave this feedback so that anyone arriving imminently is aware of the current situation. We were contacted only two days before travelling and told that maintenance/repainting work would be taking place and were offered the option to cancel. However, when I asked how much this would affect our holiday, we were told they were unsure. Unfortunately, the reality has been far more disruptive than we could reasonably have anticipated. The work has significantly affected our enjoyment of the pool area and facilities, and there has been considerable disruption from workers, including very early in the morning between approximately 6am and 8am. We have also been approached regarding access to our water supply. Had we been given a clearer picture of the extent of the work and its effect on the facilities, we would have been able to make a properly informed decision about whether to travel. I completely understand that maintenance has to be carried out, and I appreciate that the apartment owner may not control all aspects of work within the wider complex. My concern is that people arriving now should know exactly what they are coming to. If you are due to stay here soon, I strongly suggest contacting the property before travelling and asking specifically about the current building work, pool access, noise, working hours and whether the situation shown in my photographs is still ongoing. It has unfortunately had a significant impact on the final three days of what should have been a relaxing holiday. The attached photographs were taken during our stay in September 2026 and show the current situation. We did receive financial compensation and this hasn’t put us off returning x

The apartments were in a good, quiet location not far from all the bars and restaurants and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids also had a wonderful time in the pool for the duration. I must mention the communication with the vendor, which was excellent, and I must thank him for the welcome items left in the flat.
