About this apartment rental
The modern, very spacious apartment with a large balcony with sea views is located in a complex with a swimming pool and sun terrace, just a few meters from the large beach of Puerto del Carmen.
All amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and a German doctor's office are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
Puerto del Carmen is only 9 km from the airport and can be reached quickly and easily by bus or taxi.
The apartment is 120 square meters and is on two floors. On the upper floor there is the living room, a large kitchen and the balcony with a sea view.
An open staircase connects the living and kitchen area on the upper floor with the two bedrooms on the ground floor. The area above the stairs can be opened completely by a large electric sunroof.
The two bedrooms are on the lower floor and each has its own bathroom with toilet. An additional guest toilet is on the upper floor.

Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Der Balkon ist groß und sonnig. Gerne wieder...

Wir waren im November 2019 in dem relativ großen Haus (120 qm) und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht, ausreichend vorhanden. Geschäfte, Einkaufszentrum, Strand- alles in der Nähe, lediglich Parkplätze an der Strasse sind Mangelware. Da muss man schon Glück und Geduld habe, einen zu bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermittler vor Ort war o.k., nur bei der Beschaffung des Hausschlüssels war es etwas ungewöhnlich schwierig, da der Schlüssel in einem Hotel für uns hinterlegt war und dieses Hotel zu finden war aus Unkenntnis der örtlichen Umstände nicht einfach. Aber wir haben es dann doch geschafft und der Urlaub war dann auch prima.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausgezeichnet. Es sind genügend Geschirr und Kochutensilien da.
Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns unsere Fragen schnell beantwortet.
Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb der Strandpromenade. Zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade sind es einige Stufen zu gehen. Dafür hat man einen Blick vom Balkon aus aufs Meer und es ist absolut ruhig.
Ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft (ohne Stufen) und der nächste Lidl ist mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist eher ein Reihenmittelhaus und sehr großzügig geschnitten.
Der Strand ist wunderschön und wir haben auf der Insel mit dem Auto sehr viele schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Die Natur ist fantastisch.
Sollten wir mal wieder auf Lanzarote Urlaub machen, würden wir diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.
