About this villa rental
Villa Viente is a luxury villa located in a prime elevated position of Puerto Del Carmen, with panoramic views of Fuerteventura and the mountain range. Near the old Town fishing harbour, approx.15 minutes walk to popular Fariones beach, close to all amenities, nightlife and restaurants. The villa is south facing and in a quiet cul-de-sac road, sheltered from the prevailing winds making it a real suntrap.
The accommodation is spacious with 3 large bedrooms, one with full ensuite bathroom and a further bathroom. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. Utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying area. The villa is tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standard with quality furniture, satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and CD player.
The villa has a large tiled sun terrace area with private heated pool 12' by 25', sun loungers, umbrellas, table, chairs and barbeque. Private car parking.

Had a fab two weeks. Everything we needed in an ideal location. Nice walk to the strip or harbour, short taxi ride back when little legs were tired!

Good value for money. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pool excellent, checked every other day. Not too far shops and restaurants. Excellent communication with Kimberley the owner. Would recommend updating the listing with up to date photos.

The villa is in a excellent location clean and tidy with everything you need our own issues where no light by front door on when we had a night flight but the issue was sorted straight away when I asked Kim to sort it for us bulb had gone in light. Pool said it was heated but it’s not heated like we’ve had before did mention it to pool guy when come but said can’t turn it up. Just needs a bit of modifications. We would return to the villa
