About this villa rental
Casa Don Juan has been a favourite for years for holiday makers for its Location and as a well priced house, Casa Don Juan is a registered vacation rental property (VV) and is a typical Canarian style furnished house perfect for a family holiday or a small group of friends . It is located in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen close to all amenities including the new LIDL store. The house is all on one floor but please note there are 4 steps at the entrance gate that may impact on persons with reduced mobility . See Photos included . The house has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom , 2 twin bedrooms and a second general bathroom. All bedrooms have Air conditioning units . The lounge , dining and kitchen area are open plan and lead to a covered terrace area and onto the pool. The pool 10.50 m x 5.10 m and debth 1.40 m to 1.50 m . There is also a pool side shower. The pool is heated in winter months (1st nov to 30th april). There is a BBQ area. The house accomadates up to 6 person comfortably. There is a cot and high chair provided for a baby. The house has wifi and internet IPTV with the main English language channels . Linen and towels are provided as well a beach towels . Check in is from 14:00 and check out is by 10:00.

Very comfortable beds great sized pool close to shops and great walks, 15 minutes to old town harbour and about same to the strip where there are lots of bars and restaurants, villa clean and all essentials we needed for our stay

Fabulous location, close to Lidl, short walk to few local bars and less than 10 mins to main strip - taxi back - under 4Llovely pool attended at least twice during our 9 night stay. Clean plenty of towels .Fully equipped- Maria very attentive host - if you needed anything she was available and acted immediately.

Can't fault the location but the owners need to reinvest in the property as it is tired and unloved. Out of 6 sunbeds, 3 of them were broken. Rust in the fridge. Washing machine rusty. Loose and missing tiles around the swimming pool. Dirty pool when we arrived not cleaned until we had been there 9 dsys
