Château de Trébons

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The estate was beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by lush greenery. The geese wandering around added so much charm and character to the place. Everything felt harmonious, authentic, and full of French countryside charm. The château itself was fascinating, with beautiful antique details and a unique atmosphere that made our stay truly special. The owner was an exceptionally kind, welcoming, and caring gentleman who even travelled from Paris to welcome his guests personally. We were also incredibly lucky to meet his friend, a wonderful opera singer, who performed for us during our stay. It was such an unexpected and unforgettable experience. Her singing was absolutely beautiful and moving, and we are truly grateful for this special moment. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a very large bed that allowed us to sleep wonderfully. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Another highlight was the breakfast. Although we had to leave early, at 9 a.m., and breakfast normally starts at that time, the owner kindly woke up early to prepare breakfast for us. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining room, with its beautiful fireplace, created a wonderful atmosphere for the meal. Free parking was also a great advantage, and we really appreciated that no additional fee was charged. Overall, this was a truly memorable experience, combining comfort, history, exceptional hospitality, and the unique charm of a French château.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Everything was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

It feels like you are in a historical / period film. Every detail is carefully thought. The place gives an incredible peaceful feeling. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean. The breakfast was exceptional. The host makes you feel like you are his guest. 100% recommended.
