Pokey little room-otherwise good

I like the B&B chain. They are a a little more expensive but usually a bit better than the other French budget hotel chains. One of the main benefits is the rooms are usually a good bit bigger but this one was disappointing with a room very small and it was a squeeze to get around the bed etc. As I had 2 small dogs with me who sleep on the floor NOT on the bed we had very little room!!!

Noisy, worn and unsafe

The location is good.

The hotel is not clean and the rooms are in a worn, tired condition. There was constant noise in the room with shouting and guests being noisy throughout the night in the car park. We had a leaking drain dripping on a roof making constant noise. The entry process was not hassle free and the reception area had people hanging around waiting to get in hotel when someone else opened the door.

On my arrival which was just after midnight, I was assisted by a gentleman on the intercom who was irritable even though he could understand I don’t speak french and I am not from France and therefore needed assistance checking into the hotel. Secondly, the property is not well looked after - not clean. Corridors have a funny smell like a place that doesn’t have appropriate ventilation. The breakfast is served in take away containers with paper folks and knives. (I understand that this was related to Covid but honestly i would expect that all utensils are washed before being reused so this excuse is no longer valid) It really was an unpleasant experience. In future, I will unfortunately not be staying at your properties if I can help it.

Price location clean Excellent staff very helpful Very clean room well prepared in these difficult times.

Our room needed a new bath room lock handle constantly getting stuck and bed side shelf missing on one side of the bed. Main bed room door difficult to properly close needed a good hard pull. Not major issues but need sorting out. Overall good value stay.

Chambre PMR bien conçu pour une personne en fauteuil roulant. Dame accueil extrêmement gentille. Elle a pensé à remonter radiateur dans notre chambre avant notre arrivée pour être bien de suite. Bon petit déjeuner

Juste mettre une isolation dans bas de porte chambre pour isolation bruit et lumière du couloir
