Issues the sink in the bathroom does not seal, the sliding door at the back does not lock, the tea pot is filthy never been cleaned. No instructions on how to increase the heating and a spare blanket would be cold as it is very cold in the flat.
Sorry these are basic things I have found in my long experience with Booking,com.

It was cozy. Until we noticed the how it was not cleaned. I have pictures. We couldn’t cook the cooker was broken

Incredibly convenient location and great in fine weather for sitting outside the property.
The location is superb, just around from the cathedral and castle and above Steep Hill.
The property wasn't ready at the check in time despite our arrival time being accepted.
The property was not very clean, as though it hadn't had guests for a while. There was an accumulation of dirt next to the bed. A cupboard shelf was really dirty, so we cleaned it, as well as the dishes we wanted to use. The coffee machine had a layer of dust/grime on it. It just seeemed to need a deep clean.
No dishwasher tablets.
We were there on a very rainy weekend which also made the property smell damp/mouldy, quite unpleasantly so near the bed as well.
It is an internal bathroom with mould around the skirting sealant etc.

Lovely, cute and comfortable stay
Location perfect and the cute little patio are. Even being in the main touristic area the street was quite and perfect to sleep. It was easy to find not far away street to park the car for free not far away from the accomodation

I think the property could do with a lick of paint. The little garden is lovely but cigarette butts and under the cushions on the seat was sunflower seeds that could be tidied up. Also, the bed looks like it could be made to singles, but when put together one part is slightly higher than the other it just a little uncomfortable.

Top Studio flattered to deceive
The location, the layout and the garden areat
The curiously named Top Studio – it’s on the ground floor – is set in a great location within walking distance of historic Lincoln, although the recommended parking was a bit of a hike. The property itself is a well-organised space, if a bit dated, and the small garden area was a bonus. However … the ‘nB’, (the hospitality) amounted to a few sachets of Maxwell House instant coffee, a box of decaffeinated teabags and some tiny plastic cartons of milk.
The flat was cold – we followed the instructions for turning on the heating, but nothing happened. The next day we complained and had some welcome warmth, but by the following morning we were back in the cold. The kitchen featured an old, brown-stained cooker top and a cupboard that smelt of something unpleasant and unidentifiable. The bed was good, although it was barely covered by the duvet, and the standard lamp in the bedroom area didn’t work. The bathroom had nowhere to put things apart from a small cupboard with a wonky shelf, and the basin was impossibly slow to drain. By the time the hot water had come through, it had filled with cold water. It put us off using the shower.
The pièce de resistance was coming back to the flat to find the outside door wouldn’t open, despite using the same, correct key code we’d used the day before. When we rang the property management company, a very unsympathetic individual insisted we were doing something wrong. Eventually he reluctantly agreed to come out, but said he would be at least 45 minutes as he was at work. We kept on fiddling with the door and finally discovered there’s a technique to opening the door which is to pull it towards you as you turn the lock mechanism.

Lovely Place Apart from Cleanliness
Location was perfect if you want to explore Lincoln. The apartment was spacious and had a lovely outside area. There was no parking but we were able to park across the road so not a problem for us. Close to bars and restaurants. Lovely view of the cathedral from the garden especially when it was lit up at night.
Easy to access via a keypad. Although the property was adjoining the owners, it was very private.
The only thing that let the property down was the Cleanliness. We were not able to use the oven and microwave as they had not been cleaned. The shower was also dirty.
This could easily be rectified and if done this property would be great.
It would also be nice to have some drawer space to put small items of clothing as the drawers provided were full of towels.

The terrace was beautiful, and could hear the cathedral bells! It felt spacious for two people for just one floor and easy to access, no faffing!
