Easy access to everywhere we wished to visit in Lincoln. Accommodation was comfortable. The Studio was adequately equipped.
We were happy with everything. A cafetiere could be added to the kitchen equipment (luckily we had our own)

Really lovely place to stay, especially if the weather is nice as the garden area is stunning. Hosts were easily available if needed, bed was super comfortable and the shower was super hot and had great pressure. Ironing board being available and hairdryer was super helpful.
Unfortunately even after the host tried to fix it, the WiFi just never worked. Also found it very odd that while the kitchen was well stocked there were no kitchen knives to use making it hard to cook while there. I did ask the host if I missed where they were but no response was given so I assume there were just no knives.

Location was fine
A welcome pack - bus routes a map of the area, how to work the coffee machine' Issues the sink in the bathroom does not seal, the sliding door at the back does not lock, the tea pot is filthy never been cleaned. No instructions on how to increase the heating and a spare blanket would be cold as it is very cold in the flat. Sorry these are basic things I have found in my long experience with Booking,com.
