Very close to the centre, dog friendly, good sized rooms and ideal that we could park 2 cars.
The beds were very soft, but that is a personal thing. The bedrooms needed black out window coverings, especially the front bedroom, due to having lighting and zebra crossing straight outside.

The location was outstanding - so close to the centre.
I liked that you could park next to the cottage.
The steepness of the stairs especially to the attic bedroom - they were literally vertical.
A note in the advert would've helped as some of our party had mobility issues.

Clean, warm, well equipped and comfortable.
Ample loo roll which you don't always get.
Coffee and biscuits were welcomed by our family.
Located near to the cathedral quarter.
Out of all of the places we've stayed, all over Lincoln while our daughter has been at uni, this was the best.
I couldn't find a freezer which would have been helpful to freeze our freezer blocks for the journey home. There may have been one and I just didn't see it.
The stairs up to the top floor are very steep.
