Great location. Comfortable bed, nice having the courtyard outside area.

The location was very good, a short walk into Lincoln city centre. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Loads of good restaurants and bars in the city centre. We were lucky that the weather was great.
Even though we were given a parking permit (which was a god send) the parking was awkward and it did not appear to matter what time of day it was, permit parking was always limited.

Location close to centre
The back yard which was cluttered and misleading not somewhere to chill! Property tired and in need of revamp, as stains on carpets, upstairs bedrooms damp patches on ceilings, toilet downstairs, cupboard door by toilet door hanging off hinges and very light in bedrooms could need black out blinds!!
