Beautiful house in an ideal location to explore Lincoln!

We loved loads about this property! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the house was beautifully clean, there were added extras like binbags, washing up items and plenty of teabags! Room sizes were lovely and the open plan kitchen dining area worked well, especially as there was room for everyone to sit down at the dining table. Two shower rooms made getting ready easy for the 7 of us! Super location for walking to the centre and a great cathedral views from the sitting room. Great communication from hosts too!

well overpriced for what you get

location is close to the city and the provision of parking permits is great.

The house was avert stated it was 'stunning', but in reality we it very drafty as there are gaps in the old wooden external doors. Upstairs is well decorated and has a nice bathroom, downstairs there is a lot of paint flaking off the walls and that gives the impression that it has been damp. We did not find any damp areas but it just looked bad and in need of decorating. We found a dirty ear bud in the bathroom and a set of ear plugs behind some curtains which suggests that the place only gets a very basic clean.

Location was reasonably close to shopping area. Parking convenient on street outside.

House felt in need of tlc. Flaking paint on some of the walls, bedside table in twin room not built properly, rotten back step, to name a few issues. The photos look better than the reality, which let the property down. Have paid less to stay in nicer properties in Lincoln.

Well equipped, a good location and comfortable

Location was a little out of the way though a brisk walk from various shops and Lincoln Castle, making the stay quiet and convenient. Utilities in the property were all within good and working order. The freezer helped make meal planning for the week very affordable. Two bathrooms made organizing showers and the like between us much easier.

The front of the property is opposite to a busy road so it can get a touch noisy during rush hour.

Well equipped, comfortable. Close the city centre and the marina. Space for all the family to sit round the table. Very clean and new bathrooms.

A great house with all you need or a stay. 3 rooms upstairs with comfortable beds. All very clean. Great host who was available until late hours to sort out some minor issues we had.

Perfect for short stays in Lincoln

The house was perfect for our 2 day stay in Lincoln . Very clean & comfortable. A great location to get into the city on foot .The area was a bit of a maze to navigate by car initially, but you soon get the hang of it Kelly was fast to respond to any questions we had .

Just the initial issue with the maze of roads . Maybe more details could be included to help navigate the final few yards.

The house is absolutely gorgeous! Very comfortable and the view of the cathedral is stunning! Sitting in the living room and looking out of the window, wow! The location is fantastic with Lincoln High Street at walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here

Honestly, there wasn't anything that bothered us. Maybe that the big plates don't fit in the dishwasher but if that's the biggest problem, you know this house is brilliant 😉

Best self catering accommodation we have found in Lincoln over our regular trips in 10 years

Property was very clean and well equipped. Pet friendly. Secure. Outdoor space. Very comfortable beds. Easy , free parking. Excellent location for us to visit our daughter. Really helpful and friendly owner/host

Fantastic stay

Easy and clear check-in instructions, Kelly the host was great and kept in touch to make sure we were OK throughout the stay. The house is clean and modern and very central to the city centre. Has a garden at the back which was great to sit in as well as the weather was hot. Plenty of space in the house and nice dining room to eat in. Praking right outside the property as well which was a bonus. Shame we only had the 1 night. Would happily stay again if we ever go back to Lincoln.
