A very clean, well appointed, and quite home!

It was like being at home, every thing was there, everything. I wanted for nothing. My friends all stayed in the centre of Lincoln and found the noise at night a problem. I on the other hand had peace and quiet and slept very well. The bed was very comfortable.

Hot tub wasn’t as warm as I expected, but it was winter.

Absolutely everything! Stu and Gabby truely have thought about everything for a guests stay here. It was perfect from the moment you step through the door. Warm, cozy, welcoming. Board games, cards, plenty of space. The hot tub was fantastic with the fiary lights to add that bit of charm. And we were so thankful for the milk in the fridge as we had forgotten ours. We had the best nights sleep in the master bedroom with such an amazing mattress (where is it from please guys?) We heard no noise from neighbours or the outside world. It really was the best last minute trip we have ever booked. We cannot wait to come back again but next time with the children. (Fyi we did not leave them home alone 😆) This was a fantastic way for us to unwind before we welcome another addition to the family and move house. Thank you so much x

One of the favourite places.

Is one of the best places that I stayed in ,we enjoyed our stay very well . The location was great. The house is big ,with 3 luxurious rooms , 2 living rooms,well equipped kitchen and all is full furnished . I will always love to repeat the experience.

A lovely place for a long weekend.

The house was very cozy, nicely decorated for Christmas. Everything we needed we found in the house, even more. The host was very helpful. We loved our stay here.

Lovely house, well equipped, very clean.lovely park across the road to walk our dog.didnt use the hot tub as not my sort of thing, but a nice asset to the small decking area.

Location, no eateries nearby, on a very steep hill so not good if you have mobility issues.

A perfect place to stay to explore Lincoln

This beautiful house is a real home from home with lots of thoughtful extras. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to our messages. We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated as was the generous welcome basket! The location is great, just a pleasant 15-minute walk through the arboretum to the old town. The house is clean, spacious, well-equipped and beautifully decorated throughout. We can thoroughly recommend Love Lane Villa!

Great place to stay if you want to discover Lincoln.

We arrived a few days before Halloween and they had decorated the house. It was adorable. A bucket of pumpkin carving utensils if needed too. A thoughtful arrival basket and milk in the fridge. The house is stylish, warm and comfortable. The beds are comfy and thr water pressure in the showers are great.

Amazing home great location

The master bed was amazing. So comfortable. Thw hot tub was great although didn't realise there was time restrictions to use it due to it being in a residential area which meant we had to alter our plans slightly. The house was huge. Had every amenity you could need

A wonderful stay.

This is a stunning house. Every detail has been considered. A really well equipped kitchen. High end equipment. Nothing has been forgotten. A very generous welcome basket. The hot tub is great fun, a lovely garden . The bathrooms are done to a high standard. Comfy beds. Great TV’s, board games. Two sitting rooms. We loved it and will return. An easy walk to central Lincoln and the house itself is on a quiet road. We parked just outside with no problem.

Hidden gem, Tardis of a house.

Comms all timely and informative. Felt like home. Hosts provided a lovely welcome basket and just when you thought you had forgotten something, you'd find it in a cupboard. Patio and hot tub excellent. Smart TVs around the house with Netflix and prime etc. Games in living rooms plus PlayStation. Great wifi (BTW passcode needs updating on house info card). Bath and shower rooms excellent. Bedrooms good size. Kitchen utensils, white goods etc all spot on. Will be first place I check for availability next time in Lincoln for sure.

Probably be churlish to nitpick but maybe people with mobility issues will struggle with the narrow stairs but the hosts have installed a second handrail to help. Front yard could do with a little tidy up but didn't affect our stay. Main bed was too high with multiple mattresses stacked up. Otherwise perfect!

The location was great the property was a lovely home from home, the kitchen was well equipped , the beds were comfy and lots of attention to detail. There is some wear and tear around the place but this doesn't detract from the lovely home.

Pet hair on the carpets and the vacuum wasn't strong enough to lift them which was a little bit of a problem with a crawling baby, that said we had a lovely stay.

An absolute gem of a property!

Absolutely gorgeous, utterly faultless! The house was a brilliant size, it was incredibly well stocked, the beds were super comfortable, the hot tub was amazing and we just had the best time. The main bedroom was huge and every room had so much storage. There was milk and butter in the fridge, a lovely goodie basket, tons and books and games and cushions for all the outside furniture. Just couldn’t have asked for anything else! The location was also superb, there was a lovely big park opposite and the cathedral, castle and town were a short walk away. The best holiday property we have had! Thank you so much for such a brilliant stay in your beautiful house.

Fabulous 2 night break at this fab house.

Well placed inn Lincoln for up hill or down hill . Good parking outside the property or close by. Fabulous house throughout, beautifully decorated and stylishly furnished. All rooms very comfortable with plenty of seating and space, gorgeous bedrooms & bathrooms. The outside area is just perfect we had great weather while there so sitting out and using hot tub was an extra treat.
