A very relaxing & peaceful stay; loved the hot tub.

A peaceful location and a lovely owner who welcomed us & couldnt be more helpful.

We were warned in advance about the lane leading to the Retreat; it has numerous potholes and due to be repaired by the council. We will definitely book again once the resurfacing is all done.

Absolutely fantastic night away, beautiful accommodation in stunning location. Nice comfy bed with sky lights above for night time. Everything provided for a short stay and the lovely private hot tub overlooking the water. Fantastic and helpful host who recommended a gorgeous pub along the river where we had an amazing dinner watching the boats go by.

Hot water was a bit hit and miss in the shower , states BBQ facilities but we brought our own disposable one as could not find a BBQ at the property. There was a fire pit however.

A great hidden gem!

Lovely little holiday home in beautiful & peaceful surroundings. Thoughtful finishing touches and made very cosy. Debbie was a wonderful host greeting us on arrival, showing us round and giving lots of tips for places to visit.

Beautiful, cozy, dog friendly cottage in Lincoln country side.

The property was very lovely and perfect for us, a couple traveling with their dog. The host, Debbie, was very friendly, communicative, and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and perfect for traveling with a dog! There were also amazing views of the Lincoln Cathedral!

The Lincoln little house is part of Lincoln holiday retreat site which is a lovely group of properties which Debbie show

The little house was great, perfect for the 2 of us to stay and the location was great with the centre so close but with the benefit of the views it has. Debbie the host was just amazing nothing was too much trouble and she was always willing to help, even dropped us off into town one evening!! Debbie also found out that I was a fan of my car and invited me onto her lawn with my car to take some pictures!! Unmatched hospitality

Warm lovely welcome from host gave us all information Should be called little house on the retreat Other places looked awesome with hot tubs We had a tour Loved smeg appliances and Tom Dixon bathroom 20min walk to pub on riverbank and 1 mile walk to town garden was lovely estate grounds are beautiful took some great photos in nature reserve bird hide definitely booking again

tranquility and instant calm for those hard workers

Serene views, incredibly friendly host, tranquil surroundings! Whether you’re booking for work or pleasure this is the place. Stayed in the lovely little house which is cosy and delightful. After an early start working a local antiques fair it was great to put your feet up and take in the views out the window of sunset. The host was so helpful advising on local places, walks and made sure our stay was comfortable. Great price for location too
