It was comfortable and clean. The property has amazing character which we loved. The owners were lovely and helpful. Homemade breakfast marmalade , jam and brown sauce which were all extremely tasty. Plums from their trees were also available. The views from our room was stunning. Very happy that we found this property to stay.

Extremely pleasant a wonderful place tranquil surroundings far from the madding crowd

Breakfast was very good, a very relaxed and attractive environment to enjoy a leisurely start to the day. The bedroom was large and arranged in such a way that it was possible to enjoy all the room, with individual areas for the beds and seating space to sit and relax. With the room being at the top of the house it felt extremely private. Parking was simple and safe on the private driveway.

Owners were extremely friendly and helpful.

Single lane roads and only one resturaunt in driving distance. Half Moon pub however was on the way back. This has a free skittle alley, and the locals made is very welcome.

Excellent hosts, gorgeous surroundings, pretty village, definitely stay here.

The breakfast was very high quality and delicious. The conservatory was a beautiful room to enjoy our tasty food. All needs were catered for and the hosts were excellent. The house is in a quaint pretty village location and the house is impressive. The 2 bedroom suite was amazing with plenty of character. The rooms were separated by the bathroom and had spectacular views of the Devon countryside. It really is a gem and I would recommend to anyone.

Familiäre Ruheoase, ein tolles Haus zum ausspannen

Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich und warm empfangen. Das Frühstück war großartig in einem stilvollen Wintergarten. Frische Blumen auf dem Zimmer und wunderbare selbstgemachte Marmelade zum sehr reichlichen und frischen Frühstück. Am tollsten war die unglaubliche Ruhe in dieser Oase.

Die letzten Meilen bis zum Haus sind doch recht anstrengend, da die Straßen sehr schmal sind. Wenn man es geschafft hat, wird man aber dafür belohnt
