Great for solo/couple travelers

Stayed here for 2 nights late May. Wonderful little room close to the center of Bayeux and an easy 15 minute walk from the train station. Check in and check out was very easy. Perfect if you just want a place to put your head at night and plan to be out for most of the day. Head through the arch into the courtyard to find the door - took me a couple of minutes to figure out where to meet the host.

Very comfortable with all facilities available & walking distance to Cathedral & Tapestry,shops & restaurants

Google maps were lost finding location so perhaps use of rue nearby would have had a faster outcome!

Exceptional

Newly decorated, spotlessly clean apartment. Excellent private, off street parking, right in front of the apartment. Great location within walking distance (<= 10 mins) to the Cathedral, Bayeux Tapestry Museum and a number of very good restaurants and cafes. Nicolas is a great host, very friendly and welcoming and speaks perfect English. Thank you for a great stay, we would definitely recommend to others 🥰

Room was poorly furnished and not functional for cooking and living. Dining table was countertop and 2 chairs facing wall. Very disappointing Bath area was nice size and setup well shower very small

Beautiful Bayeaux

Everything, from communication prior to arrival, unexpected offer to be met and transported to Le Cocon, and similar on departure. The location was excellent, with the bonus being the friendly interaction with Nicolas and Matisse.

Cozy studio in lovely Bayeux

Lovely decorated studio with a beautiful spacious bathroom. Location is perfect, 10 minutes from the train/bus station, everything within walking distance. A free parking place right in front of the studio window. Check-in and check-out punctual and quick. Kind staff, good communication. Thank you, Nicholas, for offering us a car ride to the station.

L'emplacement à côté de la cathédrale et des commerces, la déco design. Le parking privatif juste à côté de l'appartement, qui se situe au rez-de-chaussée. Petit vestiaire bien pratique pour ranger les manteaux

La propreté passable (toilette sales non récurée),le gérant Nicolas peu disponible et peu joignable (joignable uniquement par mail ou sur un fixe) et si j'ai insisté pour être dépanné un soir car il y avait pas internet à la télé j'ai reçu une réponse limite irrespectueuse et insolente de sa part. Pas de liquide vaisselle obligé d'attendre le lendemain pour l'avoir. Le linge de lit sentait la transpiration ou l'humidité donc j'ai dû mettre du parfum moi-même sur les oreillers. Literie confortable mais radiateur un peu bruyant la nuit. Pas de rideaux opaque, juste un voilage qui fait qu'on voit tout de l'extérieur Si on ferme pas les volets La Cuisinière fonctionne mais est usée. Pas de cafetière Espresso : juste une cafetière électrique classique à filtre. Vaisselle peu fournie (stricte minimum du minimum) pas de table pour manger et la table d'appoint pas assez grande surtout quand on a posé les courses. Le fait d'attendre que Nicolas le "gérant" récupère les clés : pas pratique ! Pourquoi pas utiliser une boite à clé. Surtout qu'il est peu avenant mais il s'est montré disponible le lendemain pour me dépanner pour internet mais la télé est trop petite. Je trouve que la chambre ne vaut pas son prix (trop chère pour ce que c'est !)

Purtroppo capita spesso in Francia che la doccia e il WC sono in stanze differenti. L'ingresso alla corte interna non è sempre facile in quanto è spesso pieno il parcheggio.
