The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything. The bed was very comfortable.
A bottle of water in the fridge on arrival. A hairdryer Mention of the stairs in the description would have been helpful

Central Brilliant location for the Old Town of Benidorm (Poniente Beach) Nice and Clean. Clean Towels and Bedlinen. (Although not in huge abundance) Owners/Representatives Very Helpful and Accommodating. Working Airconditioning, Wifi, & Smart TV. Perfect for a stay for shopping, nightlife and the beach - everything is literally on your doorstep.
There is no lift and the property is on the third floor so would not suit anyone with a disability regarding climbing three flights of stairs. It was a bit of a struggle with a couple of heavyish cases for two physically fit Ladies. No Balcony and limited outlook.

The air conditioning was very good. But only one remote for two units in separate rooms.
Several things… The host only made contact with us 10 mins before check in with info about key collection. The apartment was on 3rd floor, very narrow stairs consisting of 40+ steps. Getting suitcases up and down proved quite difficult. Which we weren’t aware of (wish I had read reviews) Basic requirements for a holiday apartment were missing. A hairdryer and an iron surely isn’t a huge expense for host.
