Nice place to stay with just a short distance to get into the city.

Nice interior with great amenities.

Not much really. The front door key was a little tricky to use with the positioning of the door handle but that’s about it.

Convenient location, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen

Convenient for catching the bus. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped

Accommodation was in transition from 5 bedrooms to 4 and we needed 5. Additional pull out couch was provided but wasnt what we expected. Kitchen counter seemed to be covered in something that was sticky.

Location was excellent and the house was sumptuous with really really comfy beds and the wi-fi was excellent. House was immaculately clean with everything you would need for a most wonderful stay. Really nice and quiet part of town and just a short ride to city center. Really couldn't fault it in any way.

Exceptional

Lisa was very accommodating and was too kind. The house is lovely and in a very good location. It's in a quiet cul de sac which we really liked. It was big enough to house 10 of us and the facilities were great. It felt so much like home we all felt a little bit sad leaving.

For four lads visiting St Andrews 150th Open it was ideal

Location. Amount of space. Quite location. General level of accommodation.

The level of cleanliness was not as expected for this type of property- especially at the price paid. The kettle was faulty- did not boil. Although some would see the random items of food left in cupboards and the freezer helpful, personally I don’t think this is appropriate.

Clean, comfortable, spacious house and garden

Location was ideal for getting into the city centre due to the bus stop being right outside the house. I also took advantage of the fact the house was a 15 min walk from the Pentlands. The house was also very clean and tidy.

The back garden was spacious and had a great seating area however it could’ve used some slight attention, nothing major just some weeding to be done to tidy it up slightly.

Could have been great.

Location is brilliant if your having a break in Edinburgh as everything is close by.

The house has clearly had a recent refurb and i feel the owner has rushed to rent it out without making sure everything is good. The property is also for sale. This could be a 5 star property but for the problems. The shower in the en suite leaked through a spotlight in the kitchen below. And i dont mean a few drops. I thought we would be ok as we would just use the main shower in the main bathroom. This however runs for 30 seconds to a minute and then switches off and wont come back on for 5 mins or so. My son had to wash off his shampoo under the tap. We basically couldn’t shower during our 2.5 days due to these problems. The beds are very poor and uncomfortable. The bed in the master bedroom sounds like it will fall apart whenever you roll over and genuinely needs changing. No one had a good nights sleep as the mattresses are simply not fit for purpose. The radiator in the hallway wouldn’t work and with the cold weather it was freezing cold downstairs. I highly recommend the owner gets the problems resolved and this could be a great place to stay.

Unica nota positiva è quella che la ragazza ci ha gentilmente concesso di lasciare i bagagli oltre il check out

La casa era veramente tanto sporca i letti con materassi sovrapposti e sfondati. È chiaro che la casa viene abitualmente vissuta perché era piena di effetti personali e doppio frigo con le loro cose da mangiare. Abbiamo trovato trappole per lucertole e jeki sotto i letti, ragni ovunque e tenendo il rubinetto del lavandino aperto scendeva acqua dal soffitto di cucina peraltro proprio dal faretto luce. Considerato che il soffitto è di cartongesso forse non è troppo sicuro impegnandosi d'acqua. La casa è molto spaziosa ma molto molto sporca.
