Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze utrzymane, zadbane i przestronne. Lokalizacja w centrum, blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji Gdańska, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, nowe sprzęty AGD, ekspres przelewowy do kawy. Niczego nie brakowało, są nawet parasolki dla gości, deska do prasowania z żelazkiem, pralka i stelaż do suszenia ubrań.
Okna choć nowe nie izolują dobrze hałasów z zewnątrz (po drugiej stronie ulicy pub oraz trwa remont placu), dodatkowo wieczorami słychać życie rodzinne sąsiadów. Strome drewniane schody mogą być wyzwaniem dla osób starszych, szczególnie przy wnoszeniu cięższych bagaży.

Street is a bit noisy during the night. The cafes opposite the entrance made noise until 1am. Neighbours were also quite noisy.
