Old Town LTC - Apartments Starówka Czopowa

Great location, very close to old town, 15 min. walk from main train station. Museums, mini market and restaurant in 5 min walking distance. It was in general a nice, modernised apartment and spacious even for 5 persons with lots of storage space.

It was generally clean, but dusty, mostly the balcony. Before arriving, I asked if there was a coffee maker, to which I was told there wasn't, so I brought one with me. However, there were two types in the apartment. Kitchen facilities were ok, paper towel or kitchen towel would have been useful, and extra garbage bags. It was difficult to find the waste collection spot outside of the building.

Супер розташування, все дуже близько. 2 окремі спальні, що дуже зручно для декількох родин.

Квартира вже трошки під убита, балкон був дуже брудний від голубів, неможливо там було знаходитись. В одній зі спалень взагалі не було де відкладати речі. Бракувало там багато дрібниць

De locatie is echt perfect! Lopend de binnenstad in en alle faciliteiten zijn dichtbij. De bedden lagen goed, ook de slaapbank hebben wij gebruikt en die sliep ook goed! Het beddengoed rook fris en er was per persoon 1 grote badhandoek. Ook de prijs is prima ten opzichte van de locatie!

Helaas waren er ook een aantal punten die echt verbeterd kunnen worden. Ik hoop dat de eigenaar deze feedback meeneemt voor de nieuwe gasten. Duiven... het balkon is ideaal maar je kunt er niet zitten of staan want alles zit onder de duiven poep. Het is een appartement dus schone pannen en een koekenpan zonder super beschadigde laag mag je verwachten. Alles was niet compleet van kopjes, tot bestek. Gordijnen in de slaapkamer aanwezig maar wit, waardoor je erg vroeg aan de dag mag beginnen! Gordijnen in woonkamer te weinig! Zeer onprettig wanneer je op de slaapbank slaapt. Het strijkijzer is gebruikt op plastic en NIET te gebruiken. Persoonlijk miste ik echt een paar standaard accessoires zoals Theedoek, Keukendoekjes, Shampoo, Peper en Zout en iets om koffie mee te zetten. Of zet dit op Booking.com zodat je dat mee kan nemen! Als laatste was de grote lamp in 1 van de slaapkamers kapot. Veel (kleine) punten die volgens mij makkelijk op te lossen zijn!

Superb location, comfortable, very good value for money, clean bedding. Never met staff but received instructions and information by email

•Lights in bedroom near bathroom did not work. Only lampshades could be switched on. • We were 5 ppl and found only 4 quilts • 1 drawer in unit in corridor full of dirty rubbish. • Kitchen - dirt on floor like dead insects. We had to vacuum. • Water waste in toilet flushing. Continual dripping of water. We had to press the flushing lever several times to stop the continual dtip • Rusty pipe in shower and overhead panel open • Balcony we couldn't go out on as full of pigeon shit and chair on balcony had something like a nest on it. Lots of twigs. • Street entry code that was sent to us said to key in 8klucz.... . We don't speak Polish so we didn't know that klucz means key. A resident of the same block helped us open the street. S.Once we read the instructions inside the apartment the entrance situation was easy and practical
