Great location, basic facilities.

It’s a great location, close to the center and close to the main railway station

It’s very faceless flat, just beds, tables and some furnitures. The apartment doesn’t have any charakter. Just essential, not even hairdryer ( it was broken)

Loved every minute of it

Location was fine, close enough to walk to the main station and also the old town for food and drink. The apartment was a good size and the facilities good. This was a real bargain for us and the communication from the owner was fantastic.

The sleeping arrangements, while perfectly adequate, could have been slightly improved by new pillows. Also, whilst advertised as a 2 bedroom property, there is one 'dedicated' bedroom and then a settee in the lounge to use as a bed. It was fine for us, we were there for 3 nights, the weather was glorious and we were therefor out and about a lot - not sure it would do for 4 people for 2 weeks in the rain.

Bad smelling pillows and blanket sheets and towels, very poor quality of matrace -it should be changed. Miss the better option for coffe machine or capsules It would be nice to have umbrella to have there and maybe shower gel/shampoo available in bathroom.

Everything was alright. The apartment was clean and had a lot of space, especially in the kitchen and the living room. The place has a small balcony that is fully furnished with a nice view of the whole city. The owner of the apartment was really nice and the communication with her was without a problem. The location was also great, it is a short walk to the town and there is also a shop nearby. We definitely recommend this place.

Excellent location, recent renovation, but very dirty

1. Excellent location (15 minutes walk to the historical city center). It is also a relatively quiet (BUT with noisy neighbors - throughout our stay in the apartment, the neighbor above was doing renovations from 9 in the morning until 10 at night every day). 2. The floor is quite high, providing a beautiful view from the windows. In the distance, you can see the Ferris wheel, the Second World War museum, and a beautiful bridge. 3. Fresh cosmetic repairs in the apartment (BUT the sleeping areas are quite worn). 4. Presence of a separate kitchen. 5. Presence of a washing machine (BUT the absence of at least one detergent capsule for washing). 6. Presence of a small balcony with a coffee table (which, however, is useless in winter).

1. Unbearably creaky floor in the main room and in the bedroom. It is likely improperly installed, causing a terrible creaking sound when walking on it - it's hard to imagine what the neighbors below feel every day. 2. Bedsheets and towels had a disgustingly bad smell. They were poorly laundered and inadequately dried, acquiring a sour and musty odor. 3. Very dirty dishes. This is the first time I've encountered this; the cabinets contained literally unwashed glasses and utensils (photos attached). 4. Not quite accurate description of apartment features: in reality, they consist of a separate kitchen, a main room (with a fold-out double sofa), and a separate bedroom (with a small fold-out sofa + a double bed). 5. No dishwasher - guests have to wash dishes by hand. 6. Water heating with a gas heater - not sure if it's a drawback, but sometimes it had some time to adjust the water temperature. Please note! - As of the writing of this review (2024-01-15), there is not a single real photo of the exterior of the house in the accommodation listing. It is quite an old panel building from the 1960s. - There is no access code for the intercom at the entrance of the building; the door is opened with a separate small key on a keychain. We found out about this after a rude response from the owner.

+ good and easy arrival instructions in advance + the apartment was clean + good price/quality ratio + own balcony + good location + the residential area was very quiet. + grocery store very close.

- the lock on the front door didn't work very well. - the floor of the apartment creaked - There was only one roll of toilet paper in the toilet. - the tableware was incomplete. For example, there were no wine glasses at all. - Instructions in the apartment are only in Polish.

Perfektní lokalita - v docházkové vzdálenosti do centra nebo do 100cznia. Ideální výchozí bod pro objevování Gdańsku. Pohodlný byt se vším, co člověk potřebuje. K bytu nenáleží parkoviště, ale zaparkovali jsme pohodlně kousek od domu na místě, které nám doporučila majitelka. Skvělá a bezproblémová komunikace s majitelkou. Pěkný výhled z balkonu v 6.patře. Rádi se zase někdy vrátíme.

Dům nevypadá z venku moc hezky, je strarší a oprýskany. Vchod do domu jsme na první dobrou skoro přehlédli. Starý výtah. Ale nedejte na první dojem. Byt sám o sobě je hezký a velmi komfortní. Malinko mi vadila špína a prach na balkoně, ale vedle všech ostatních benefitů, které být nabízí, je to drobnost.

Świetna lokalizacja, dobra baza na wypady: blisko dworzec PKP, Muzeum II Wojny Światowej, baza jedzeniowa (Montownia). Na plus widok z balkonu z 6 piętra. Winda stara, ale działa. Mieszkanie przestronne.

Średnio wygodna kanapa w salonie. Nieschodząca woda w umywalce w łazience. Mało papieru toaletowego (jak na 5 osób...), worków na śmieci. Przydałoby się większe lustro i suszarka do naczyń, szczególnie przy pobycie 5 osób.

Przestronne i miłe mieszkanie w doskonałej lokalizacji.

Lokalizacja jest świetna, a mieszkanie przestronne, fajnie urządzone i doposażone. Kontakt z właścicielką bardzo łatwy i przyjemny. Widok z okna przemiły, bardzo nam się podobało. Dziękujemy za pyszną herbatkę ;)

Drobne uwagi jedynie balkon był brudny, a część garnków nie działa na indukcji.

Ubytování hodnotím jako velmi dobré.

Lokalita kousek od Hlavního nádraží,Do centra pěšky max. 15 minut. Přes ulici Žabka pro nejnutnější potraviny a vedle Žabky úžasná pekárna a lahůdky. Apartman čistý a uklizený,dostatek nádobí.

V obývacím pokoji nefungoval termostat u topení-opravte. Větrání oknem nevadí,ale okno vede na hlavní uzici,kde je větší lomoz od rána.

Lokalizacja i wielkość mieszkania to jedyny plus.

Niestety od razu po wejściu do mieszkania nie przyjemny zapach (jak stara ścierka), sporo kurzu, niedomyte naczynia, nieumyte płytki przy płycie do gotowania. Ale najgorsza kabina prysznicowa - grzyb na fugach, grzyb na silikonie przy brodziku i nawet na wężu od prysznica.

Lokalizacja super, ale czystość mieszkania pozostawiała wiele do życzenia

Apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, kilka kroków od dworca kolejowego. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką obiektu, łatwość otrzymania kluczy czy faktury. Bardzo dobra cena za dwie noce dla dwóch dorosłych.

Czystość obiektu pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Na wstępnie rozmazane "coś" na podłodze w korytarzu, stęchłe ręczniki (a wystarczy je przegotować i wypłukać w płynie!), stęchła pościel, bardzo niewygodny, miękki materac w łóżku (rano obudziłam się z bolącym kręgosłupem). Kurz w wielu miejscach, resztki jakiegoś jedzenia na lodówce (okruszki), ogromna ilość kurzu w kaloryferze, bardzo brudne okna. Próbowałam użyć żelazka, uszkodziłam sobie koszulkę, więc mimo że w opisie wyposażenia jest żelazko, nie polecam go używać.
