Blisko centrum, fajny balkon, łatwo znaleźć darmowe miejsce parkingowe w weekend w okolicy bloku
Słabo wyposażena kuchnia. Niezbyt komfortylowy prysznic w którym ciężko ustawić temperature wody na jednym poziomie. Prace remontowe w całym bloku w klatkach schodowych

Мені дуже сподобалось, що є дві окремі кімнати, та окрема кухня. Також є балкон - це великий плюс. Чудове розташування.
Коли ми заїхали була брудна підлога , ноги були чорні від підлоги, та було багато пилу, меблі на балконі теж було чорне. Не було жодної ганчірки, щоб я могла протерти меблі на балконі, та для посуду не було ганчірки, і не було ганчірки для того щоб витирати зі столу. Це було не зручно, мені потрібно було одразу не відпочивши бігти все це купувати і мити підлогу. Диван в одному місці провалений.
